@@iFatimahB yes, you are correct. There is still no list of it in the main App, probably they are still updating it bcoz this is just a trial run operation for now. But the four main station are located in the mentioned cities. In Alkhobar (Rahmaniya Centre) , Dammam ( Marina Mall) Dharan ( Dharan Mall) and in Qatif. Also some bus station for pick up and drop off station are still under construction.
i want to choose a route in app for my work which requires me to change bus at particular stop , can you please tell me if i change the bus do i have pay again? means will it deduct twice from my available weekly/monthly trip plan?
I hope they will add Mada Atheer for mod of payment instead. Because that payment don't need internet connection to pay, just wave the mobile phone with NFC and it will works

In you download the app it was update already but I am not sure if they include the nearest Main Station or if it will pass by your area or near you area. But in the app you can their routes it is showing there just see the E5 and B6 bus.

Sa ngayon, nasa trial operation pa sila at ang bayad ay same halaga lang kahit saang main bus station ka sumakay. Hindi natin alam if magbabago pa ang fare or hindi na. Sa ruta, kada main station mayroon kanya-knyang bus na may kanya kanyang ruta or pupuntahan.
There is from Dammam to Airport. You need to go the Main Station in Dammam then there is bus going to Airport.. if u are in khobar, just go to Dammam main station. That is what I did when I went to the airport.

@@Drsehrishkhan From Marina Mall, (Dammam Main Station) you can ride (G7) bus going to King Fahd Airport / Dammam Airport. G7 bus is only from Marina Mall. Marina Mall is also near Seiko Area like a busy place in Dammam. U can download the app to see more about updated infos sa Eastern Region Bus.
There re 4 main stations in Dammam, Alkobar, Qatif and Dharan. You can get aide from the main station or you can go to their pick-up and drop-off bus station. They cannot just drop you off anywhere and it should be to their designated Bus Stops. Cash is not accepted and you only need to download the app and add balance to ride the bus. Thank you too.

Hindi naman po, may mga designated bus stops naman sila para sa pick up and drop off ng pasahero. May mga lumang bus stop sila na tinitigilan. Iniiwasan din kasi nila magsakay at magbaba ng basta basta minsan natigil sila kasi trial operation. Sa ngayon din mga lumang bus stops ang tinitigilan nila din
Sakto lang kasi hindi rin kabilisan ang takbo ng bus, reguired na tumigil sila sa mga bus stops pero minsan skip na nila pag wala pasahero. Maganda talaga ma-try.. konte plang pasahero kaya komportable pa.
Ang pagkaka-alam ko sa mya SAPTCO Dammam Bus Station, pero hindi dito sa Marina Mall, yug mg papauntang Riyadh at Jeddah ay may ibang lugar pero alam ko malapit lang din sa may area ng Marina Mall.
Their bus operation starts from 5:30 AM until 11:30PM but I am still not sure if there is different timing for the said trip (Dammam-2nd Industrial) . But what I saw and was informed that H8 bus is the bus for that m trip.

Required sila tumigil sa nga bus stops talaga para sa pick up and drop off ng pasahero. Pero minsan, minsan lang tumitigil sila pag may pumapara-siguro dahil sa trial run pa lang at nde pa clear din ang mga pick up or drop off area nila kasi ginagawa pa din mga bus stops.
paano po mag load kung gusto mong dagdagan ang balance ng card.kasi base on my experience,may 12.05 balance pa ako ,then nag add ako ng 30 pero hindi nadagdagan balance ko,kahit na nag message sa mobile number ko yung deduction na 30 sr.
Bale may time yata (nde ko sure) na nde mag uupdate or mag refresh yung dating top up balance na ginawa mo. Pero try mo Sir, i-sign out then sign in ulit yung Eastern Region Bus Up para ma refresh ang app.
Ilang beses n po ako nag try,Hindi p talaga makaregister,Tama nmn po mga details ko,format error at declined po lagi lumalabas,may balance nmn po ATM ko.. Salamat po
If in android, top up balance can be seen by clicking the (+) sign on the bottom right corner- it will say top up balance OR if you see your virtual card-click the three dots on the upper right hand corner of the virtual card there is also option there for top up balance. Sometimes error will occur when adding balance, check first if it is deducted to you ATM card or not, if it is deducted , close the app and restart the app. If not deducted, sometimes error on the app and need to try again later.
Walang pang official na nakapost eh. Pero base sa mga nakausap at mga nakita ko sa rahmaniya station at dammam station, at tanung - tanung at research, kasama jan sa video. Sa BUS ROUTE part ng video (8:56) andun.Wala pa rin kasi sa App.
When I ask one of their representative they said it is not allowed soon, but from my last ride they still accept it but soon it will no be allowed anymore.
@@ANWAR-QURESHI. as per the driver I spoke with it should be 15 to 20 minutes but bcoz this is a trial run operation, so probably it will change or it should happened or maybe not exactly as it is and I haven’t observed it yet actually maybe soon they will have the official one, once it is officially launch. Coz now I observed a lot of People still don’t know about it or they mainly ask on how to ride it and use the app.

You don’t have to remove it coz you just need to restart the app or close and open again to appear the credit. I don’t know how you done it but Anyhow if not appear they have a hotline that u can call and i don’t have it with me. Once i get the hotline number you can cal them to ask about it.
Most people have the same experience. The app is not that user-friendly for most of the passengers. You can follow the steps I madey to download and how to add / top up your balance. These are the main things for the initial use. First is to download it, the add the virtual card and then top up. There is from Dammam to Airport. You need to go the Main Station in Dammam then there is bus going to Airport.. if u are in khobar, just go to Dammam
main station. That is what I did when I went to the airport.

In Alkhoabr main station you can purchase card already for 20SAR but no cash only u can purchase using ur ATM Card.
