I feel bad for beginner artists who see stuff like this and think if they follow these weird arbitrary guidelines they'll learn how to draw like this. This only works because the artist already knows their fundamentals and structure well enough to make it work, it's not a good way to show beginners how to properly construct a sketch.
The end result is great don't get me wrong, but it's because the artist already had tons of experience and not because this is a good way to draw step by step
I agree. This is no tutorial. It's just showing how he does it. There are also other ways this pose can be built up.

Hi im jade, i was wondering...i ve seen tou do lines for shading, im wondering how do you know which direction the shade lines go in
Hatching depends on the structure of what you're shading just follow the structure pretty much but most generally speaking there really are no rules just as long as you keep the lines consistent in the same direction you'll be fine.

@@Jade_BlueVA just keep practicing you'll get good. Consistency is key. But remember to put in effort when studying, step out of your comfort zone and you'll improve with time.👍
@Jade_BlueVA hatching follows the form. Whenever you are hatching, you should keep in mind the contour of the form, and hatch in about a 45 degree angle from it (there's some specific way to do it, but I don't remember.) Always follow the form. Doing this will get the best results.

I know it's completely unrelated but Jesus is God, and the only one that there is. He saved me from dying and turned my whole life around and even talked to me audibly, but don't take my word for it, test it yourself. Read the Bible and look at the evidence and genuinely ask yourself "is Jesus reliable and/or God?" If yes, then turn to him. ✝️♥️

This is the wrong place, buddy. But I'm gonna say that the Bible has a lot of contradictions.
@@obz1357 they're easily solvable, the books fit like puzzle pieces, you're probably referring to the New Testament.
There isn't a contradiction in the New Testament.
An example is - in the Gospel of Luke Jesus is accused of calling himself the King of Jews and the Messiah. Yet when he gets to Pilate (the Roman governor) Pilate declares him guiltless despite him being a political competitor. Why?
But now the Gospel of John comes in. In John Jesus is questioned by Pilate who asks Jesus that if he is the King of the Jews and Jesus asks Pilate that if he assumes that on his own or did the people say this? And Pilate says he isn't a Jew and doesn't know it except from the people. Jesus answers that his kingdom isn't of this world. Pilate understands that he isn't a political competitor and hence declares him guiltless. But here the Gospel of John doesn't mention the people accusing Jesus.
Yet again a useless show off. Well made picture but this is not step by step tutorial.. No explanations no sense for the used forms... Nothing.
Step for step means to give an explanation on how u get to where u want to be.
This is just another "hey I can draw!" Show off. Well click bait? Maybe but pls don't make beginners feel bad for few extra views.
