Ke'oni Hanalei is the Founder of Pohala: Esoteric Hawaiian Botanical Medicine and of AlohaMa: a community mentorship program.
He learned the ancient ways of making plant medicines from his grandmother, a well known healer on the island of Maui. He is a descendant of the Mu people and his lineage dates back 1017 generations (over 20,000 years). He is one of a small number of practitioners who have access and the willingness to share this ancient wisdom. One aspect of this ancient wisdom is Fern Medicine which works with emotional intelligence and how we come into balance with the energies of our emotions. Ke'oni is also a teacher, mentor and leader of spiritual retreats in his work with the AlohaMa community mentorship program. AlohaMa means "self-reflective love." As we learn to love ourselves, we are able to enter into compassionate and collaborative relationships with others in which we bring out the best qualities in each other.

I can't believe I'm listening to this after I listened yesterday to the incredible conversation betw Pam Gregory and the amazing Veda Austin who discovers the Codes in Water (she just published "The living language of water) and she is talking about the octopus, Lemuria, the Codes of the Heart that she discovers in water and so on .... Kismet! I’ve been creating a fern garden on my property. Every time I walked through the fern forest in Makawao forest reserve, I wanted to put more ferns by my house. The ferns have been flourishing now. This morning I was googling Pikake for my daughter in law….and boom! I found Keoni’s webpage and this podcast. Amazing soul! 💜

Air incorporates 78.084% nitrogen, 20.9476% oxygen, then argon, and 4th carbon dioxide 0.04% (and 11 other contributing factors at sea level). Hmmm... I wonder how argon in air fits into this picture? This is so profoundly needed - yes, we can not give what we do not embody...we are only imposing our will, otherwise. Sharing this wisdom is so generous and necessary for all of us to begin to trust and express a genuine frequency of love....so interesting that my focus has been on whales, as I practice vibrational medicine and the visual arts. My telepathic abilities are with all animals and life, not just humans. I find that they are increasingly encouraging, and are coming closer to show us the way. Such a good conversation. thankyou so much Heather; I always benefit form your interview with Ke'oni. I really like being in such company and learning how to express. Ke'oni has so much wisdom and I love how he explains the Kasha Records are in our spine and how we pass on the legacy of love. It is the real goal of human life. I find myself being a pure heart and strive to be in right relationship and all that, then I open up and receive from the Universe as channeling and begin to speak profound wisdom and want to share it with others, but realize it is for myself only. Then I feel myself in a dance of pure beauty and grace. I always have felt it important to be a vessel of honour and that in my life for God to be glorified in service to others. I find I can embody it more when I feel inspired by others as you and Ke'oni. I would love to be involved in ceremony. Cheerful acceptance. 🥰😇🥰

A spirit guide called White Eagle spoke about Mu in 1941 and I thought I'd share what he said then :
The ancient wisdom then was the wisdom of the heart, of the divine Light, the knowledge of
the divine fires and creative powers with which all men are embued. Most people think that
the mysteries originated from Egypt; a few believe they originated in Atlantis. No ordinary
man has any conception of the actual age of the earth. Scientists, as they proceed in their
studies, agree to an ever greater span of time, yet even so they have not arrived yet at the
earth’s correct age. Thus, although we ourselves may have said that the light originated in
Atlantis, by this we actually mean that the light originated in the very beginning, in a certain
place now non-existent. The word Atlantis describes some lost continent-true; but a
reference to Atlantis may mean other lost continents besides, and the term includes these.
Most of you have heard of Lemuria, and some may be familiar with the name of a land called
‘Mu’ or ‘Moo’, the motherland, the mother continent. That is a significant name-Mu-the
Motherland.
We will take you as far back, then, as the continent of Mu, which was situated where the
Pacific Ocean now rolls. On that continent there lived a highly evolved and civilised people,
well versed and trained in the ancient wisdom. From that place journeyed messengers to the
east and the west-to China, to certain parts of America, to India, to Tibet and other places.
Thus knowledge was sent forth from that continent of Mu. There was also a settlement in
America from which originated a race of people highly evolved spiritually, who formed one
of the mystery schools from which the Egyptians received their knowledge. Others were
established in China, Tibet and parts of India, where today are to be found certain tablets
containing records of those ancient mystery teachings.

I first heard the word 'Lemuria' about a year ago when someone I follow mentioned Lemurian crystals. Something inside me perked up and I just knew I had to get some. You two have helped me connect with Lemuria and understand that magnetic pull. Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
A question: is Lemuria the same as Mu? Could there be three lost civilizations, including Atlantis? If not, and Mu is Lemuria could you explain how at some point how they are in the Indian Ocean and also in the Pacific? 🙏🏽
Lastly, the syllable 'ah' says refreshing and release, relax and enjoy...like a cool drink on a hot day or a warm meal and cozy fire after a long day in the cold. Maybe plasma is a Return to source... Just thoughts. Super grateful to you both. ❤
