Ke'oni Hanalei is a wisdom-keeper who shares the knowledge from his ancient Mu lineage (dating back over 18,000 years). He is also an alchemist and founder of Pohala Esoteric Hawaiian Botanical Medicine. Full bio: Ke'oni Hanalei is the Founder of Pohala: Esoteric Hawaiian Botanical Medicine and of AlohaMa: a community mentorship program.
He learned the ancient ways of making plant medicines from his grandmother, a well known healer on the island of Maui. He is a descendant of the Mu people and his lineage dates back 1017 generations (over 20,000 years). He is one of a small number of practitioners who have access and the willingness to share this ancient wisdom. One aspect of this ancient wisdom is Fern Medicine which works with emotional intelligence and how we come into balance with the energies of our emotions. Ke'oni is also a teacher, mentor and leader of spiritual retreats in his work with the AlohaMa community mentorship program. AlohaMa means "self-reflective love." When we are born, we are given a bowl of light.. as we walk through life… we stop now and then to pick up a pretty pebble, or something becomes significant, and we pick it up and put it in our bowl…. after a while, our bowl is heavy and it is a challenge to carry it! We are bent out of shape sometimes, just trying to lift it, let alone carry it, pretending everything is normal…. The teaching of the bowl of light is that at any time, all we need to do is tip the bowl over and there it is, perfect as it has ever been. Aloha is only ever a moment away ❤

I just love this topic of "disassembling and resasembling", as "deconstruction" has been an ongoing theme of mine for some time since I embarked on my spiritual journey. There are MANY times I get excited and want to dabble in different healing modalities and energies, BUT I am always pulled back to myself to continue to "deconstruct" first and trust in the divine timing of the stars as their energies have been supporting me this process of peeling back the layers within my own energy field that are & not organically mine that ready to be released, so that I may come back into alignment and learn to fully manage my own body of energy. Thank you Heather & Ke'oni for sharing and having these conversations, grateful to all the beautiful souls within this community. 🙏🌹

I have no words to express how deeply I felt the vibration of the MU prayer. As Ke'Oni vocalized it for us, it was resonating within my body, moved by its essence and power. The ancient Mu wisdom Ke'Oni shared, guides us through the disassembly and re-assembly of our lives, and shows us a way to reconcile the fractured disassociation of our masculine and feminine selves. As you both shared, It is from our wholeness that we can reclaim our right to exist and to claim our belonging on this earth. This would indicate a paradigm shift in human consciousness where our identities as human beings shifts to an awareness of oneness (vs separation) within the Cosmos. Thank you for allowing us to partake of the salve of healing and transcendence embedded in this conversation. Thank you both for sharing the ancient Wisdom of the Mu and Egypt to guide us from the disassociation and imbalance of patriarchy, towards the re-assembly back into wholeness ( = oneness, balance, and union with ourselves and one another) and the creation of a new world order on this planet once again. Wow! I’m just half way through listening to your conversation and I am blown away by this lovely man’s open sharing with us. I noted as he spoke to his lifestyle, the addiction, the incarceration, the trauma etc how his use of words allowed me to piece and tie together how we go through our own personal deconstructing and reassembling process…. EXACTLY as the world, as a whole is, as we speak. Although the mind innerstood this, as without so within, this conversation bought that down into the heart for me, to become fully a ‘knowing’ 🙏💜🙏
As an aside 28 years ago I chose, the ‘choice’ 😊 you speak of. I hadn’t a clue what, where or why I was choosing it, only that I had to. The trigger had been…I didn’t like who I was….I, at the time was unable to feel the love my children had for me and I felt my behaviours, were at times plain horrid within the home.
I have been blessed to grow and learn so much through these years and today enjoy life fully body, mind and soul.

speaking of the spine, i was listening to the live music jam with a 5 pointed stone starfish castle and a large round sand dollar donut to the other. i could feel the musical harmonies align along my spine. then the gypsy fiddler walked by,saw me, play a high riff
the powersurge lifted me off my feet as the mind's flush within the marrow of bones. . its had me think the five sided chambers are best for the healing music. music being the back bone of creation , love all that is coming to light in today's world

Wow, just Wow! What an amazing conversation. When Ke'oni began speaking The Prayer, I started crying. HIs voice is so powerful, and I love his laugh! I don't think it is arrogant to feel or state that I belong, I think The Creator wants us to feel and know that we belong. I love the "senses are also physical". Of course they are, but I never really broke it down that far. Now I wonder how much further the "physical" can be broken down.
