I am from karachi most of the people do not report crime. FIR in karachi is so painful insulted and expensive as well.I was also the victim of of bike stolen but I didn't report and many more friends and relatives they also do the same nobody fell police for our protection they will help us unfortunately. Hi Sir, These are all political level or administrative level changes on which a citizen or civilian can not act or do something. I have watched your bloody civilian too and you are correct about us. You should and must tell us those things that we can act upon. Yeah, Let say I want to participate in the reforms that you are talking about how can I participate as an individual? Tell us something that we can try to bring reforms in our society and come out from bloody civilian character. I dont want to leave this country :(
