THE PERFECT KFC GRANDER RECIPE

Hi people!
Today I bring you a video in which I tried to recreate the recipe for KFC Grander and guess what I DID! Lol
You will need the following ingredients:
soft buns
salad
red onion
barbecue sauce
mayonnaise sauce
boneless chicken drums
cheddar cheese
for the marinade:
yogurt
egg (it's optional, i forgot to put it lol)
spices to taste
Add the spices to the yogurt, and then the meat. Let the meat stand in the marinade for half an hour, in the refrigerator.
for frying:
flour
corn flour
oil
spices (salt, garlic powder, chili powder and ground sweet pepper)
After marinating, put the meat in the flour and roll the meat well, well, from all sides in the flour
for the mayonnaise sauce:
5 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 tbsp of ketchup
Cut the buns in half, and grill them in butter or toast them. Chop the lettuce and onion.
Match in the following order:
the lower part bun
mayonnaise sauce
salad
meat
cedar cheese
onion
spread barbecue sauce on the top of the bun and fold
