I installed this a week ago. I removed the canister today to see if anything was collected. I was amazed that I had about 2 tablespoons of blowby in the canister. I kick myself for not installing this when I bought the car brand new in 2015.
do you remember how hard it was to get the hoses attached on both ends and on both hoses? The reason i ask is because on the rear catch can i had to buy bigger hoses because the pcv connectors WOULD NOT go into the hoses. so im thinking about buying bigger hoses again for the front can.

Don’t waste your time with the hoses provided. Go to a tractor supply story that sells oil line hose that matches the specs of the hoses that came in the box. Go buy some $1 clamps, 4 of them for the 2 hoses. Your welcome future people

Can this effect my car in cold weather I have heard that the lines on the catch can tend to freeze and cause more damage to my vehicle
They can freeze in extremely cold conditions, but they don't tend to freeze completely solid (you have to keep in mind that the amount of fluid going through the lines is fairly small) and you're not likely to cause any damage, especially if take proper cold-weather precautions with your Focus (i.e. letting it get up to temp so the oil is more fluid, etc).
Does this JLT catch can need a symposer delete?
No it does not, this video will show all the steps and things needed for this install
