Luka Bloom's music is so great! And so is he himself! Not a perfect person, whatever that is, but a real person, a whole person... a whole person, and that's the best thing anyone can be.
Hey Luka, I've bought so much new music within this time. You still are the man who kept me inspired, we were the last family to leave Crumlin in the late 90s to Australia (I only found out when I went back in 94) I've emailed you a bit when you are in Oz. Your music, and position about how to sing those songs (including the political songs - section 31 et al) I sing those songs to my kids.
I adore you and your voice, I was blessed to see you perform in the states back in the day It was a small venue, so it felt like we were in ur living room, going to find my CD's
The black/white pair of Alvarez guitars he used to play in the 90's were a couple grand a pop. I know because I wanted one just like his, but couldn't throw out that kind of cheddar. If those were "cheap" guitars, I shudder to think what would consider an expensive guitar.
I went to the Lowden site a couple weeks ago, after seeing the Aloe Tree gig. Saw a big picture of Ed Sheeran and immediately closed the page. Definitely not going to be in my price range. I'll just stick to my gorgeous sounding Taylor Academy 10. It may be "cheap" but it sounds like a million bucks.

I love the interviewer's question, "when do you know when ur song is done?" also you do who do YOU respect for as fellow musicians/ songsters?
Will you please release those unpublished songs you mentioned having in a box?
Luka please tell me what chords you use for Cold Comfort. ❤️❤️
