    Hi Craig, thanks for the great video. I'm from San Diego. Both sides of my family are from Kastamonu. Glad to see that you enjoyed the city.

    "of course, always the bread" I love what you are doing my friend, this is a great chapter of your life, I'm working towards my next chapter and your inspirations keep me motivated to find out what's next. I do wish we crossed paths, I love your work ethic, you helped me though a rough patch, and helped me so much. You continue to help me through your example. Live your life! Best wishes and lot's of love my friend! Enjoy it all, Peace!

      Thank you so much brother! Thanks for your kind words, but the truth is I’m searching for myself as well! Everyone thinks you have the easiest life when you’re old, if anything it’s harder! We will meet some day hopefully. I’m really glad we became friends, one day I may return to the states and we can have a great talk and trade war stories! Never stop fighting for your future!!

      @@lastlooks5434 thank you for the kind reply. I'm falling in love with Turkey so one day I may be visiting you. I would so enjoy that great talk. Yes, we have stories to tell. I want to tell a story of my experience and frame it as a journey that includes the present. I just realized about a month ago that I am about to turn 62, and that has opened up the world to me. The lessons I am re-learning are to be with people that you love, and do the things you love, as this world needs love, and a lot of it right now. Keep creating love brother, PEACE!

    There other amazing big and great canyons in many parts of Turkey like Saklikent canyon in Antalya , Erzuncun, Ihlara canyon in Capadocia
    There are around 15 canyons in Turkey

    As I notice usually you do not cover the places good and completely
    For example in the canyon in Kastomonu there is a way in which you can do a short tour within , its more beautiful than see it from glass Terrance

      I’m not trying to give a tour, just to tell people its there.

    Kastamonu = Kastra Komnenou
    The Castles of the Komnenos Family
    All Byzantine Greek 🇬🇷
    The Hellenic People are the True Heirs of the Greco-Romans
    Stop your Propaganda & start telling the Truth.
    And Before you Lie again:
    ".. *His pronunciation was such as you would expect of a Latin who had come to OUR COUNTRY as a young man and learnt GREEK thoroughly but was not quite clear in his articulation, for he mutilated his syllables here and there.* This want of clearness in his utterance *and his dropping the last letters did not escape even ordinary people* and made rhetoricians call him 'rustic' in his speech .."
