Very cool. Loved the use of an old angle grinder for gear reduction. Hell, I may make one of these myself for the shop. Then I could actually cut a straight line.
Really nice project but i would have make it larger for cuts of greater length, i could cut twice that length with 90% same uniformity in the same time as seen in the video,but still a really nice invention ,i would make one for sure;)
Flamecutting done using not acetyline and oxygen but the human brain, if you do not have a flame cutter well build yourself one , very smart indeed !! congratulations .
Invention to acha hai but power consumption pe bhi to dhyaan do...drilling machine extra power kha rhi hai, us se acha hand operated tool ho skta tha like lead screw driven through lever, jaise bench vice to aage peeche karte hain, or rack and pinion bhi ho skta tha

@@62liju the pure oxygen reacting with the molten steel is "exothermic". The steel actually BURNS and makes enough heat to keep the cut molten. I think the reaction of steel with oxygen gives off MORE heat than the reaction with acetylene.
Stuart Gray it’s possible but not better. The acetylene preheat flames make the reaction much smoother. Also it requires a lot more oxygen like lancing.

Fancy setup, can cut straight, but cant make a smooth cut, only makes d production slow, but still looks nice
I like this, drink all the coffee that you want , and still cut a straight line.
This is then next best thing (when it comes to cutting equipment) besides an automated cutting torch!
I used to work with Metal and I Actually Like This Video, and That was a Good Idea they put together
