For context, I think Polka and Fbk are imitating a popular show host duo on japanese irl music shows, such as "Music Garden", which was the title of the source Lui stream.
Where the dude (Polka) is an older comedian wearing sunglasses, with witty comments and teases the guests. The lady (Fbk) is the traditional pretty, seiso girl who's super diplomatic and careful in all her responses.
Their imitation is spot on.

I know this was Lui’s party but Polka freaking stole the show with her performance. Can she be the MC for all 3Ds from now on? I understood nothing she said but kept laughing all the same
Polka is a performer extrodinare, while she doesn't really fit the "Idol" fold like many of her colleagues, she can fill in most other entertainer roles that others simply can't, that's why her schedule is so packed with collabs for "specials". No other holomem does it better.
