1 large yellow onion
1/3 cup malt vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 cup ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp molasses
6 oz chipotle
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp honey 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Cilantro Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1/2 of a lime juiced
Quick pickled peppers:
1 poblano pepper peeled and de-seeded cut into slivers
1 red bell pepper peeled and de-seeded cut into slivers
3 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
