This is actually at Kaup Beach which is 22 km far from Malpe Beach. Malpe is very congested and crowdy, so if someone want to stay at less crowded area then Kaup is the best choice.
Room rate is Rs 4500 for 2 person/Room for 2 Night. Children up to 8 years is free. For extra person in each room Rs 500 extra. Breakfast is Complementary. But they can arrange room delivery of Lunch/Dinner from outside which is tasty too. Veg/Non-Veg both item can be ordered. Total 22 rooms are there. Out of that 12 is sea facing and 10 just behind it. Sea facing rooms are old fashioned and backside rooms are luxurious and all kinds of modern facility present at room. All the staff is very friendly and good in nature.
If someone not get seaside room then please avail back side room also. But honestly this is the BEST BEACHSIDE RESORT in UDUPI.
Rate is NEGOTIABLE depending on season.

Sorry, Rate is 2500 Rs/ night for 2 person, but we stayed 2 nights and after negotiations it cost Rs 4500 for 2 nights.

Dear Suman, I have disliked this video for no fault of yours. The actual reason is this resort which you have promoted. This is located in my native village, Muloor. Since it's inception, this resort has become a nuisance and has ignorantly damaged the environment in many many ways. The open ground where you started the conversation used to be full of coconut trees raised by the original owner. After these guys bought the place they cut all the trees for parking. Moreover they have uprooted all the creepers and bushes adjoining the beach on the pretext of keeping it clean. They are literally creating a gateway for the sea to drown this village. These trees/bushes act as natural barriers against sea water. You will be surprised to know that until a few years ago the sea used to be more than 500m further. Instead of planting more trees, their staff blatantly keep cutting trees through out the village. The sea water level is rising every day and this resort is adding fuel to fire. The government, on the other hand has been dumping huge boulders to barricade the sea water which sinks into the sand and then slides into the sea, thereby aiding the problem. I'd appreciate if you could highlight this problem and save this heaven before it goes DOWN UNDER! The uprooted coconut tree 1:40 is on the verge of it's downfall. Thanks!
