I can't believe this song came out 26 years ago. I still remember buying the album on a sunny and happy day. I think the song was the last on the first CD of the double album. Time really stops for nobody 😭😭😭
Danny boy was the guy singing. Tupac was a true poet. He displayed true emotion and feelings when he rapped.he could paint a picture with just a few words.... he didn’t have many complex bars, double entendres etc. he didn’t need them. RIP Pac! You ate still a legend, still loved, still looked up to. Gone way too soon. But as you said, Life goes on! Y’all check out Life goes on from the same album, make sure it’s studio version not the edited video version. It’s much like Bone thugs and hormony’s crossroads, only better!
This song is wonderful to listen, it is strange that 2pac wrote the lyrics as he flew away to heaven. We all miss 2pac and we wish that he is here to perform for us.
As a thrash metal fan this was one of the first non metal albums i bought. Metal and rap are much more similar then ppl think..Coverning topics like social injustice, war, poverty, etc etc...
Wife here...Loving all the Tupac!!..Wow..One of our FAVORITE ninties phrases and songs!!.."I ain't mad at cha.., nothing but love..Sooo "POETIC".."CLASSIC"..Perfectly said!!!
I love this song, as well. Mysteriously, in the official video initially he is coming out of a club and gets shot and then he is dressed in white and the piano is white and there is smoke on the ground and the implication is the he is in heaven. Definitely G.O.A.T.!
Most people don't remember that this song and video was released right after he died. I wished you would've reacted to the video because hes dressed in white and he looks like an angel. It was eery because he foretold his death!!
I mean what a poet. Just watched you guys reacting to keep your head up... What a time to listen to that given what's going on in the country. He was so ahead of his time and we need to heed his words right now. Time to kill for our women, heal our women and be real to our women.
I was in highschool when I heard this and oh my God was it smooth. G O A T y'all. He dope back then and still is. Iove you guys reactions y'all. Peace ✌️
“Measure a man by his actions fully. Don’t take a piece out my life or a song out my music and say that’s what I’m about cuz u know better than that.” -Tupac Shakur 🙏🏿
What's up guys great reaction! This is what I miss about rap today today. Great storytelling Songs with a message . Not just about bling bling how much money I got Or how many girls I get with. Proud to be old school lol!
I love y’all channel because you embrace and actually listen to the artist’s message in the song especially Tupac because he was a story teller. Loved y’all’s reaction!🙌🏽
Huge Tupac fan a true poet when he raps you feel it in his lyrics. They did sample a little bit from Debarge a dream which is an amazing song yall should definitely react to. In my opinion Debarge is up there with the Jackson's.
I love this song, the beat was sampled from an old DeBarge song called A Dream. Blackstreet also sampled it for their song Don't Leave Me Girl. You should listen to the song Pain by Tupac. It's on the Above The Rim soundtrack
During this last Super Bowl Half-time Show, when Dre went and sat down at the piano, Dre played the piano intro for this song while Em kneeled down. My first thought was that they were paying tribute to Pac because if he was alive, he DEFINITELY would've been a part of that lineup. But then white people who know nothing better thought Em was protesting the NFL and made a big deal about it, and kinda stole Pac's little moment.
Tupac top Five songs: Never had a friend like me Heartz of men Words of Wisdom If my homies call Do for love. Keep going to the coolest couple on yt !!!! Peace and Love from Germany
its Danny Boy on the hook , dude is an amazing singer and was on most of Pac's soulfull songs like this , the more layed back songs , dude also has very interesting pac stories
This chit is still 🔥 and been on my stay list since 96..... I'm all about the Grunge Scene but Pac will always be my boy and he'll forever be on the Mt. Rushmore of Rappers.... great channel kids.... repeat offender.
1st rap double album as far as I know. I know that it sold millions of copies just because I got jacked for it at least 6 times in 26 years(bought it again & didn't burn it cuz) no way this is the first time hearing this.

I remember when he got shot in Vegas. Everyone in my neighborhood was talking about it. We all thought he would make it through. What a sad day when the hood in L.A found out he died. I still miss Pac.

And it came out AFTER he died of gunshot wounds. Crazy right?😳😳
