Depends on how much spice you usually tolerate. As far as chilies go, it is extremely mild almost no heat; but if you don't like spicy and often complain about too much heat when its merely black pepper in a dish, this will burn to tears.
You ruined it with the chicken stock. Should use home made vegetable stock
