I love this cover I’ve watched it so many times. They are unbelievably talented and to be able to cover a song originally sung by such huge voices is epic . I also agree I think in some ways they outdid the original .You should check out Daryl Ong’s Boyz 2 Men cover its gorgeous!!

@Packo_ Hubu ako pa kinalaban mong gago ka, major in music po ako wag kang tanga. Lahat ng music sa Pilipinas may autotune maliban dun sa sinauna. Yung original walang autotune yun dahil hindi pa uso nun talagang pinagpapatong-patong lang. At isa pa walang makakatalo sa original no wag ka ngang tanga. May autotune yan no di ka ata marunong makinig wag kang hangal stupid. At isa pa ang ganda ng cover sobrang appreciated ko kaya wag kang bobo diyan. Feeling music major ampota lahat ng kanta ngayon may autotune ng kasama wag kang tanga.

I totally agree with you all. Mariah Carey and the Boys2Men are undoubtedly, institutions in the music industry. When Michael Pangilinan, Katrina Velarde, Bugoy Drilon and Darryl Ong did this cover, I honestly feel that they kept the core of the song, BUT, they added more to it and made it their own. RiVerse's reactions collectively is something I always look forward to seeing and hearing. Your reactions, your comments are very sincere and heartfelt. You always speak your hearts out. i have to agree, emotional-wise: the effect to the audience... the feels... this cover surpassed the original. not to take anything away from the original legend mariah+boyz; but this surely makes the listener feel and cry with the song. it's really powerful that way. these four are super singers individually. doing a collab like this, is like the musical avengers assembling. thanks! and great great reaction guys! it's from the heart!

The emotion in this cover.. I cant describe how much i felt it. The first time i watched it was last year, and i was already a katrina fan before but that cover made me even realize how lucky i am for discovering her and how lucky i am for being a big supporter of her career ❤️ And the booooyysss killers too! Yes the song and the performance was amazing no question. But i do give my hats off to you all for showing both humility and authenticity to a group of individuals who are for all intents and purposes, competitors. Your ability to put your own ego's and talent aside to give an overabundance of praise and heart felt admiration is awesome. My praise to you all. They are the reason why most Filipinos have high standards in singing because It's quite common to hear brilliant voices here. When most of the people think something is so great. An underrated singer here can make it the best.
They were really awesome. They never compete from each other and they were just on point. The most surprising part is they shine individually. I can never ask for more.
