How are the videos saved on the sd-card? Can I take out the sd-card and watch the videos on my computer?

Hi James, tap on “Me” (bottom right) in the Arenti app then “settings”. You should see it under there, just make sure you're connected to the camera first.

How do you shutdown the Camera when you are not using it?

Couldn't find a quicker way but I went into Basic settings , Privacy at first and then you can turn it off.
I'm now using Geo Fencing so will automatically switch off once I'm home and on again when I go out 🙂

Hi Shaz, I’m not sure if you can adjust the speaker volume. If you could, it would be under the “Me” tab at the bottom right.

Thumbs down for me. 9 minutes of my life wasted, waiting to see if the subscription is REQUIRED. I just want a live feed of my business laundry room. I could care less to pay for the cloud storage. And of course, you say nothing of subscription options.

Hi, I should’ve been more specific regarding this. To answer your question, yes, you do need a subscription to the cloud ($5 a month) for the camera to save the footage it’s recording. If you’re trying to have your footage saved but would like to avoid paying for the cloud service, then you need to use an SD card. A subscription isn’t required, but without it, it won’t save any of the footage it’s recording.
