Sadly this is one of those songs that should never be covered (and arguably can't be covered); it has so much emotional personal resonance for Carole King that only she can truly convey the feelings contained in the lyrics. I'm afraid this is sung without the same empathy of the original, and isn't Judith's finest moment.
Judith is absolutely brilliant but the arrangement and accompaniment have real problems. I'm thinking maybe they wanted to try it as a spiritual. Straight a capella may have been better....she has worked magic with that style.
Ribbet. First time I've been disappointed with a Judith rendition of a song. It's just off emphasis, tempo, etc. Maybe not her choice, a mistake nonetheless, imho.
RIP Judith.
Let's get a million views for this special lady
Everyone memorizing her sweet performance
Every once in a while God gives us a gift! This time a beautiful woman!
Even at this time - at the age of 60 - Judith has lost nothing of her grace and voice.
She was simply wonderful.🥺🙏
A beautiful woman and voice.
she is all things beautiful about life
How can Judith have perfect pitch every time? She must be an angel sent by God. That's my only explanation.
Someone like this must be heaven-sent!
Judith has been perfect for over 40 years!!!
I doubt anyone else noticed but you are spot on!
Judith makes it look so easy! she is amazing @21 years old.....and 60!
Apenas hace un año conocí a Judith Durham y The Seekers. ¡Cuantos años me perdí de esta preciosa voz!
A beautifull rendition of a great Carol King song!
Stunning head of hair on that woman. Kept a beautiful voice too.
She liked to have long hair and usually to one side in front. This time I guess she went down both sides. I’ve always liked her hair.
all smiles here ...what a VOICE!
Keep up the good work Darren!
I'm a-calling, Judith! I'm a-calling.....
'door's Always open Judith!
Absolutely! She is forever welcome! I have the greatest respect for her.
i would still marry her,if i could.
It's nuts to arrange this song in 6/8 meter!

Judith is as always wonderful, but the tempo is horrible and the instrumentation even worse. A single guitarist would have served her better.
Horrible orchestra. doesn't so her any good for sure. A simple guitar and her singing would have been wonderful.
