I actually think that these exhibition games were just playgrounds for the roster. We're probably seeing the actual starting lineup but not likely the actual minutes. Hopefully. What Kerr really needs to do is play it like a real game where the bench gets fewer minutes and allow the starters to get actual game rhythm. Steph in particular needs to have 28 ish minutes. Shooters need to be shooting. LeBron can take it down because, honestly, he isn't really needed for anything but AD, Steph, and KD should get normal NBA starter minutes.
