Here's an idea. Crit +20 from War Master's Innate skills, Sword Crit +10 from S Rank swords, +20 Crit from Level 5 Fraldarius Soldiers, all with a Cursed Ashiya Sword+ for 100 crit, ignoring Felix's stats. Tack on Alert Stance+, Sword Prowess Level 5 (or Hit +20 if you just want to almost guarantee a hit), Vantage, and Distant Counter.
He doesn’t have many spells but if you use a mixed physical/magic class, he just has more options which is never bad in itself. But Mortal Savant specifically can be iffy in general (it can ruin speed growth), but war monk and trickster can work for him if you want him to be able to throw out a spell sometimes
I personally think it is pretty bad. But anything is usable in 3 Houses. He just has kind of a meh spell list and Mortal Savant hurts his speed growth in the long term. Basically, he will have 25% less growth compared to other fast classes. His strength is also just so high that going war master/grappler and doubling armors with a hammer/axe is better than trying to use magic. Magic is also time consuming and takes resources away from potentially fixing his authority/getting him an S on anything else.

Just make him a sniper or a grappler. He’s way more reliable as those classes
