when some1 sees you bending over you are very open and defenseless its hard to move in those suit of armor too just one blow to the head while bending over your down its a good idea but not a smart move
you wont get them unless you go down with them if you try that, and you cannot thrust and hit people in certain area's, cannot hook, etc. you can find all the rules specifically on whats allowed on your nation's team website
