You can get a 4000 sq ft Board house with dry walls with 3 inches foundation that a strong breeze Demolish as you wink
Our houses are made with steel concrete building blocks and sand and cement mixture with 6 Feet foundation so we dont fret when storm coming

Thank you. The maintenance fees are shown closer to the end of the video, but they have only released the maintenance fee for the villas and townhouses. The maintenance fee for 2 and 3 bedroom the villas are between $350 - $450 USD and the maintenance fee for the 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes are between $250 - $380 USD.
Just wanted your opinion ? How does the location of Bahari compare to paradisiac. Do yu think Bahari is just as nice to paradisiac? Not sure which location is better . Someone says Bahari looks bushy ? can you give me any feedback

The condo is basically an apartment. The villa is a stand alone house which will be bigger in size, and will have the facilities to have its own pool.

Did you ever go back too paradisiac beach club
Hi there, we pass Paradisiac almost daily and the work taken place there is rapid in terms of progress. Unfortunately we are not able to access the site as it’s blocked off to the public, but just by passing the site, you can see that the 3 bedroom units and the apartments have already been built.
Anyone want white pretty loads of marl to buy please from the Runaway Bay area please?

That price is way too high. Runway Bay is a very funky town center with trashy stores. We in Jamaica know that the government does not provide any roads. Even if there are roads when they build the place there is a high chance the poorly built road will not last long and when the roads fall apart the government will not fix it.
*Meant to say Run Away Bay is a very trashy town. It does not have any decent grocery stores or restaurants. All the shopping centers there are very ghetto looking. All the roads to the residential areas are filled mostly wth pot holes. It's a very sad looking place.

People must show pride in their environments, and all those grocery stores, aren't these people making money? can't they keep their places in better condition, you all blame government for everything, instead of encouraging people to develop some civic pride, and the roads have been deteriorating for years because there were not been maintained, you should ask your members of parliament what they are doing with the money that is allocated to them, instead giving it to supporters to keep their positions, they should use what they have to maintain the roads, Jamaicans need to change their mindset, and many of the people who are complaining don't pay tax, water bill or light bills and they want exceptional services, a few paying for everyone, how far do you think that money is going to go, no one wants to take responsibility for their own action, and many are supported in this type of thinking depending on what side of the fence that they are on, even with crime, same thing, people will support the criminals and some of those organizations like JFJ seem to be more interest in the people who committed the crimes than the victims, judges allowing criminals to walk even when the evidence is there( we saw that in the Klansman trial) and I am sure there are other similar cases, as I said before in order for us to have a better Jamaica , mindset will have to change and at least the majority of us will have to help to make Jamaica a better place, government alone cannot do it.
