Salah and Virgil van Dijk were desperate to win the league, but the lack of adequate support from these players led to their failure. Salah's frustration with Klopp stems from the fact that Nunez and Diaz were Klopp's signings. Despite knowing they were not good enough for Liverpool, Klopp retained them, ultimately costing Salah, Van Dijk, and the team the ultimate prize.
Are we going to pretend Salah also didn’t miss a lot of big chances this season? Yes he was our best forward, but there shouldn’t be any favourites at LFC. Enough of the idol worship.
Look, Diaz was superb up until his serious knee injury. He was out for like 9 months. It takes almost a year after such an injury to return to where he was before. Especially since he was on the rise. His momentum he has built in his career up until then got killed. He really is getting there again. If 3 of his 7000 hits in the post lately had gone in, everyone would be like: Keep Diaz, his output is getting better! If he wants to leave, fair enough. But if not you gotta keep a player with his attitude and skill. He is going into the right age as well!
If we cud get our money back for Szobozo and Gravenberch id sell them in a heartbeat

Alonso - wants to stay at Leverkusen Mourinho - been finished for 10 years Amorim - no different to Slot, in fact prefer Slot over him Inzaghi - no intention of leaving and doesnt even speak English Tuchel - worst points per game for Bayern this century and is a cup merchant Face it, with the options out there, Slot is a good hire. Lastly Guus Hiddink was only interim manager for Chelsea so idk why youre even judging him, he joined halfway through the season and only managed till the end of the season before returning to his international job so winning the Fa Cup isnt bad, especially considering Chelsea were trophyless the season before...
