I don’t this the band mates have any dislike of one another. I think it was more a mater of Daniel Johns feeling type cast, or stuck in a box, so to speak. I don’t think his new music is particularly good, but it is different. I’m guessing that is refreshing for him.

Although, Silverchairs first three albums clearly their best, Straight Lines is still one of my favourite Silverchairs songs. However, the original is much, much better. But props for giving a great song some recognition
Really good arrangement. Another Like A Version where there's a lot of production that isn't being played - in this case the bassline, the synth pads and the vocal backing. That said, the keyboard guy seems to be holding the synth pad at the end, despite playing the (great) piano line for most of the song.
