I really enjoy when you have different representatives of bearing on your videos. They’re all very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really like these build videos are absolutely amazing. ❤
Thank you Chris! We live that they are all willing to be on Camera (even if they are not comfortable at first, we really try to make they feel comfortable so you guys can also enjoy getting to know them - it’s like one big family)
@@NautiGuys well you are doing an excellent job so far they have all came across may be a smidge nervous , but very well. They all have excellent personalities, and some are quite funny.😂
They all have a great sense of humor
This builder is on point. He knows the boat building like his own hand. Nice to see he is calm, and sure of each process and stage.
Then it shows in the end result of really well built vessels.
Every episode of this build is fascinating 😊 At the very beginning I thought it would be a very long 'wait', but it doesn't feel it with the weekly videos of new things happening and facets to be explained.
Appreciate you Jyttee
Still feels long to me. So a let a lot of time go by so I can watch multiple episodes
I would love to see a live stream of Rico when he brings it into the marina the first time! Me personally, if I had the budget I would go with the 80. I just love the tri-deck.
It will definitely be a big moment we will share with everyone lol
@@NautiGuys Rico would look cool in an 1800s naval captain's hat.
Just to give Victoria some confidence: you're in a Bearing, when it all goes wrong it's the other guy that's going to sink. Just budget in some hull paint touch ups and you'll be fine. My tip is always try and hit the other guys in deep water.
🤦♀️🤦♀️🙈😂🤷♀️
Thanks for the update. It's amazing the process of building a boat. They say the little 75', but for someone that had a 16' ski boat, it sounds really big. I can't imagine having a 120' boat or being the captain on one of these mega cruise ships.
Thanks for watching Paul
You guys are having too much fun... Great job...
indeed! lol
I love how the "little bird" from Ecclesiastes 10:20 shows up in conversation.
A VERY important point to make absolutely clear about the design theology of Bering, as Alexei has stated so eloquently many times over, is these vessels are “overbuilt for the purpose of safety”. The intention is quite obviously to deliver a commercial grade vessel to the private boat owner. There is no hiding or shying away from the absence of any sort of high performance speed propositions. Top priorities which are brilliantly obvious are simply safety, stability, and comfort all regardless of sea state.
One of the best lessons on the whole philosophy of the Bering theme of construction is the two part series you did on the NautiStyles channel of the Bering 77 which is probably my favorite layout with the galley having that direct view out through the pilot house front windows. Alexei stated clearly with an air of pride, “It takes some space to turn the boat underway because it is so heavy.” He also offered up probably the best analogy of why the heavier boat is so much more stable by using the comparison of the styrofoam on top of the water bouncing around as opposed to the saturated log moving with the surface of the water. Absolutely perfect visual depiction that gives a true physical feel of the concept of the benefits of a strong, study, heavy vessel and the sort of confidence gained from that sort of super robust construction. The sort of confidence of safety and stability that is delivered from the Bering design and build ethos/integrity would give me absolutely ZERO apprehension in the purchase of hull #1 of any of their models. No hesitation whatsoever and Bering will always be my #1 choice for a displacement vessel. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Wow! so good! Bering really are so accommodating and transparent. So refreshing.
🥳🥳
Thank you for sharing your journey with Behring, Alexei and his staff are amazing. I wish I had the financial where with all to order an explorer yacht with him, so thanks again for bringing me and all the others along with yours....
Love the manusia of this build it's like adding salt to your food. Love how you involve the staff from Bering.
awww thank you so much Theodorus
ANOTHER GREAT tour, Thank you for sharing.
Ship/yacht building is impressive.
agreed!
Looking great. Hope I can add this to my bucket list.
This is so much fun to watch! Thank you.
🙏🏻💙
No dishonor in having a Zmol Boat. Zmol is a good boat name too!
lol
Call it "Rictoria".😊
Enjoying all your videos! Keep them coming!
will do - thanks for watching Rosemarie
I spent 25 years as an electrician in people's homes and in factories. I worked for and with people from dozens of countries with
dozens of accents. When I watch your videos, with no subtitles, it reminds me of all the people I have met from around the world
and it reminds me that with a little effort we can understand everyone we meet.
🥳🥳
Love seeing these updates on your boat build. keep them coming.
will do - thanks for watching
Great episode! Thanks for sharing with us! Keep rolling along Bering and NautiGuys teams! 👍👍
👍🏻🥳🥳
@@NautiGuys 👍👍
Cant wait to see it in the water good luck guys
Hiya Vico,
Thank you both for this wonderful film. Remember your early videos; would Rico have spoken out like this? He has grown into his part of a perfect 'on-air' partnership. You were obviously a perfect couple prior to this.
Having the general manager, there was good; nothing phased him; it was all; "We've done the calculations, and it works!" Like Alexi, they do this for a living; nothing is a problem.
Again thank you for sharing this with us.
I don't think I'll ever realise my dream of my Super Yacht; I've been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer this week. Nothing is known yet. It may all be benign, I've tests starting next Friday, so maybe two weeks for the other tests and results, but they are pushing me on fast track. I'm okay for now and enjoying your channel so much.
Stay safe, Steve xx
Steve, i’m so sorry and so sad to hear these news 🤦♀️🥺 I really hope it’s just a scare and the tests will reveal it’s nothing bad. Pls keep us posted… huge hug to you! Did you see your “jewelry studio” shoutout on the tour of Bering92?
love the videos of your build, lots of questions answered,
Thank you Rob!
I was at the helm of my dad's 112 footer many times. The first time was going from Piraus to Dubrovnik. In a gale force storm. And we lost one engine. Fun times. If I can do it, so can you! But dont lose an engine!
Thank you. I learn something new with each of your videos.
It’s our pleasure
Your updates are interesting and educational. Through them, I’ve gained more insight and respect for the Bering approach and for Alexie. Can’t wait to see your 75 in the water. 😊
thanks for your kind words Peter
Rico's "YES !" when he was told its practically an 80' . Priceless !
😂😂😂😝😝
They should name the 75 after you guys. The 'NAUTI BERING 75'.😊
Agreed 😝🥳😂
I always find you guys hysterical. Love it.
😝🙈
Cant wait to see it in the water for the first time
Good luck guys
Your videos brighten my day.
so does your comments!
I follow several Vlogs but have to say yours is unique , well done on a brilliant channel .
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great show. 🇺🇸👍
Learning so much. Thank you.
thank you for watching Michael
That would be daunting at first , but like Rico said , just go slow because a boat that size has momentum.
It just requires a different mind set. I wonder what you could practice pulling up to get a good feel of the controls first?
I’m so looking forward to the flip. That’s going to be fascinating.
yesss
You will do just fine. You and Rico have got this. Not elephant in a china shop. A graceful full displacement yacht moving slowly and elegantly, gracefully gliding into dock like the more recent video you did. That was *awesome* You've got this!😉😊
LMAO!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Nice cover, lol. “Yours is the BIGGEST small boat.” 🤣🤣 That was too funny. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
We are glad you enjoyed it
Great discussion. Much more interesting than " here's the marble sink and the gold faucets, etc...,"
thanks for watching Arich
Can’t wait to see your expressions and hear your comments when you leave the fuel dock for the first time!
Keep up the good work!
JIM
🙈🤣
LOL lots of bumpers!! Remind him of that comment when you are docking, Victoria! 😂🤣👍👍
🙈😂
@@NautiGuys 😂🤣👍👍
Hi Victoria and Rico. The GM!Good for you😊, Hope to get more stuff soon. Love you guys❤
Love you back Debbie
@NautiGuys Darn that was fast. You guys really read them all.🥰 Thanks for sharing and replying 🥰
I've always enjoyed how open and friendly all the Bering personnel are. They all seem to be real good people.
They truly are - thanks for watching David
I still love the 77. Ideal size for my dreams.
I think a great name for the boat would be the Nauti. 😊
I just love Russian accents. I spent some time trying to place Victoria's accent until the Bering 77 video where she thanked Uncle Alexi in Russian, "in my mother tongue" and I was like smh of course!
😝😝
So Wise , Thank You . There will be a learning curve . As we all know there is no substitute for Practice and experience
you are sooo right
@@NautiGuysThank You for sacrificing part of you're day to reply . It does mean a lot
I would like to see Alexi's face when you tell him you decided you want it painted Pink and Purple, with a Lime green waterline accent stripe. ;)
lol
Wow. So you two are going to take me Bering order? Lmao! I’d love to have that kinda cashey money! I’d love to work with you ! 😊👍👍 As a Canadian if I ever… I’ll contact the NautiGuys! I love your vids. I’ve got a 1954 Mercury Mark 5 old love to use. Lol
I saw a short video of the Bering 80 a while ago, and since then I've been trying to find as much as I can about it. It looks like your 75, but starting on the bottom deck there are 4 cabins with en suites. These 4 are coming from a staircase coming from the saloon. Same level there are 2 crews quarters with en suites coming from a stairway on the port side.
On the main level, the cockpit and saloon, the galley, and from the starboard side to the bow and there is the owner's cabin. Upper level is the boat deck and a like a day room with the pilot house and captains quarters. IF I could ever afford it, I would move some things around for the captain's quarters put a shower in the corner and bed across the side, the head up maybe closer to the door. The fly bridge is nice, could be enclosed or open. If you see this, and you are still at Bering, you should do a walkthrough of the 80 they have there. Is it finished or is it one of the 2 hulls that they towed in, I can't remember the country they came from. According to the Bering webpage, the 80 is still in the Under 24 class. I think it is 88 foot with a 26 foot beam. 5 cabins with en suites, and crew quarters with en suites (IF you have a crew), but things would need to be re-arranged for hanging lockers and other things. Plus there is a captain's quarters, but there would be some re-arranging on that level. The Bering 80 is an awesome ship!! I would NEVER be able to afford it, but it is nice to look at. I can't wait 'til your 75 is finished. (It would be nice to see how that 80 there is laid out.) Great videos, thank you!!! ~~~ Norris
Yes. Lots and lots of bumpers.
🙈😝😂
Perhaps you can talk Alexi into allowing you 2 to go on a test run with 1 of their similar sized ships so you can get a feel for what needs done when leaving and arriving at a dock??That would cut your anxiety down as you see seasoned hands performing whatever is needed.
thanks for the tip - appreciate it
If you lose control - aim for something cheap.
lol great advise lol
As I said before Victoria all boats get smaller when in the water.
Congratulations. You both bring real value to the business. It is never a job when you love what you are doing.
so true - thank you for your loyalty Sean 💙
Cheers 🥂 to success, a little drink 🥤 and you’ll be fine❗️😂😂😂😂😂
You guys are great, can’t wait to see you “in action” on your new “home”. 😎
🙏🏻💙🥳
Hi both.
What testing is done to insure mechanical integrity? Examples: x-Ray welds and how many? If a weld test below specifications is it ground out and redone? What about misalignment of sheet butt welds?; is UT testing done to validate proper thickness steel was used?, and; how are materials validated I.e. 5083, 5086, 5454, 5456 or 5754 aluminum (5754 best corrosion resistance) and A131 A & B, ABS A & ABS B are most common in the U.S., and; the welder uses the correct filler rod for fabrication?
I think Rico is excited and Victoria ihas some anxiety. I believe this will flip towards the end of the build.
I hope so too
V
Once Rico learns the boats docking limitations even the higher wind and current days will become easier.
It’s fun to see the progress.
I’m hoping they have an open house boat tour when they take delivery in Florida.
I’d like to have a closer look for sure
👍💙🙏
YOU'LL BE FINE, VICTORIA! It's a big, safe, predictable boat, and you're both good, competent boat operators. After the first few times you dock, you'll forget you ever worried about it being too much for you.
🙈🙏🏻💙😂
You guys are doing a great job with this channel!! It sounds like you are planning to use the boat with just you two? I have had some contact with the Miami office and was thinking about an 80,or 125. The idea of using the 80 without a crew is appealing. However, I didn't know if it could really be done with just 2 or 3 people.
Thank you for the kind comment H! Can’t wait for the “try-out’s”.
@S. M. thank you for the info that is very helpful!
With Aleksandr and your husband both wearing hardhats they look like brothers. I had to do a double take.
I can't wait for the interior. In my opinion Bering Yachts does the best job of utilizing the interior space of the hulls. Everything is proportional and well laid out.
💙🙏
Vodka ... AFTER you moor it Victoria! 🤣
lol
This is So Cool !!! Stop worrying Victoria !! Just go with it !! lol
Thanks Doug
Lots of fenders !! 🤣
It’s like any other boat/yacht.
You take it out in open water and play with it…….to see how it responds……..so you know how it will respond coming into dock. 🙂
💙🙏
Tour of the 80? Coming soon?
Victoria, because of the boats size you're worried about handling the fenders when docking - easy solution, hand the fenders to Rico and you skipper her!
😝😂😂🙈
I would love to hear Victoria do a Russian accent
lol oh I can turn it on lol
Given that you plan to take this and mainly do charters in the Bahamas, how quickly do you see your UA-cam channel change and you become a channel like Gone with the Wynns, Sailing LaVagabonde, or in your all's case, Parlay Revival. Will you start boating over to the yacht shows in Europe or are you still going to fly? Have you given much thought to how the channel will change and what that means? Will the channel change for Nautistyles? Obviously I know you film the walkthrough videos at the shows, but you also shoot filler episodes as opportunities arise outside of those shows, now you'll be on the water running a charter or something.
It will take seriously fast wind to affect it !
I would love to have Bering build me and my family a big yacht but like so many other people I'm just not in a good financial position for doing that right now, but one day I hope I can have Bering build me one. I've gotten to see many of their boats mainly thanks to you both so thank you both for that, and I know that I would be perfectly happy with one of their used boats because anything that could have been messed up has been fixed and all the little bugs have been removed and fixed. Then like you said, how much boat is to much for a couple to handle, and with me I don't have a wife nor a girlfriend right now so I'd need to hire a person to help me with the lines at the dock. But think about all that fun stuff you'll be able to do in the open waters. The worst part of me being a fisherman, every time I find deep water, I yell out full stop and I have a line in the water as quickly as I possibly can with the hopes of catching a huge fish deep below in the water. I don't keep large fish because I have always called them the breeder fish and we need all of them to make our future fish for our grandkids to catch. Do you know that fish can grow up to be 150 plus years old. Yes that's true an I would like to see those fish all be on a protected list for all different types of fish so in our future we know they are still with us. An for you China, you better stay near your own shores because you are trying to fish out our oceans. If you don't stop, we might have to force the united nations to put a hold on all fishing boat companies where they can only send out x amount of fishing boats daily and China only get a quarter of the amount of boats since they have been greedy these past few years. China, you better grow more gardens to feed your people. Stop trying to destroy our oceans by over fishing and removing everything your nets pick up. Shame on you. Back to my favorite couple on boats, yes Bering Yacht building designs are what all boat companies should be held to same standards because most people don't think about it but the boat you picked to take you and your family out on better have been built with Safety in mind first over the fancy toys and decor. Because if the boat is not safe you could have a 3 hour tour last you 2 years on some island if you're lucky enough to get one, an wait for being rescued and more than likely in the end it's going to be a Bering Yacht, that's probably going to be the last brand of boats still powering through our oceans because the rest were just not built Alexia tough. Hahaha. You got that right, buddy. Yes I want a Bering Yacht. I even tell all my family that, including my granddaughters that one day their Papa plans to have a Bering Yacht with a helicopter pad on the aft upper deck or on the bow. An I love how many brands of boats can launch from the sides, yeah Bering Yachts wait till it's my turn for the sit down meeting with you all. I'll be happy having a small master bedroom to give my crew quarters more elbow room for their dining room and bedrooms. Plus I need space for the helicopter pad, and it must have a big massive crane to lift heavy objects. Depending on size of the deck when it's all designed out. An I'd like to have emergency wing engines that I can have electric. Love your videos and looking forward to seeing your boat in the water ready for its first sea trials. Love you all.
awww Terry - thank you for sharing your story - go get that Bering!
We better see the marriage of the hull and superstructure!
yess
How amazing would it be to have a vertical farm for herbs (and vegetables) installed in your yacht? I'm envisioning something similar to those commercial Infarm units. They seem to be incredibly space-efficient and would definitely attract attention. However, I'm not entirely certain about the potential issues of noise and light pollution.
I guess something like farmshelf or babylonmicrofarms would also work.
A lot of friends told me that the boat gets smaller over time, and you get used to it
yup that’s what “they”say lol
I think that they need to rename the 75 to the Ricco Victoria hull since it is #1 or just call it RV for short lol
🤣
The 75ft mega yacht ❤
😝🙈
On your next video would you put the date that video was filmed please. That way your UA-cam followers can see where your boat build was at.
thanks for the suggestion
"I like 75" 😂❤
Great video. Rico seems very confident when it comes to manoeuvring the boat but I do wonder whether Victoria’s hesitancy is a reflection on her car parking skills!!! I joke of course!
🙈🤣
It's coming on so quickly !!! Can't wait to see her finished
same here
I am back !...After 5 days in the Hospital again...I am so sorry i missed all the webcasts.
Hi Alan - we hope you are doing well 💙🙏 Welcome back!
@@NautiGuys Love you guys. I am back on the mend.
Can you do a episode on the Bering 80 sometime?
noted
Aleksandr & Rico seem like first cousins in looks and humor…
🤣😉 he has many cousins there lol
I understand both of you are certified captains. Will operating the 75 require you to get additional qualifications? What about your qualifications to operate a charter? Thank you for sharing. Have a great day and stay safe.🙂🙂
Rico’s license is enough, I will need an upgrade 🤪
You should have had Carnival Cruise Line to sponsor your yacht. It could have been the flagship of the Pocket Carnival Cruise Line series.
🤣
"it's easy"😂😂😂😂...
lol
Funny at 4:19 mins in video both look like twins!!!
😂😂😂
I wouldn't be concerned about running the boat, it's the cleaning and sailing prep, it would be endless. After 2 months you'll be planning for a 145 or bigger, much more crew to get things done, smart that you started small though.
💙🙏
I was thinking simiilar. Running the boat is easy. It's the cleaning and maintenance that you want the crew for.
funny comments!!
💙🙏
😊😊😊😊😊
😉💙🙏
What happened to the video of them flipping the hull over?
it's coming! lol
Oh I can’t wait!!!
Great Videos but do u know whats about thecrewchef s channel? It s dead sinca many month :°(
he will continue posting
Can Bering 80 be an hybrid model??
What is the ballpark figure that this boat is costing???? It is so beautiful, but seems like this would be several million $’s
No worries Victoria. Get your pilot certification upgraded and Rico can run around with the fenders. I'm sure you won't take out the dock! ;0)
🙈😂😂😂
when are you due to get the keys?
next year spring is the plan
😎
💙🙏
Hope you name this grand girl Nauti Lady!
