Makes sense considering that what we tend to find as the most attractive traits in ppl are signs of good health: clear, glowing skin; thick shiny hair, fit body, nice straight teeth, clear twinkling eyes, etc

You were right before. It is a challenge. It’s good to look at a chart constructively and as a whole, but make no mistake. The sixth house is a dusthana, a hard house. Feminine planets that enter it are in a masculine place and they will be challenged unless there are other factors giving them great strength.
WOAH this is so interesting because I’ve had a lot of 6th house Synastry with people and I’ve assumed it was just them have a large influence over my daily life/health but this makes a lot more sense!

For me, my 6th House is in Aries however there are no planets there.
Look in your Libra 12th house. What do you have in there? Also, where is Mars in your chart? Mars rules Aries so what ever house that is in will have an effect on sexual performance.
