Been called lazy all my life and my ruler is in the 11th house. I've always said I was not born to work hard which people get really angry at me when I say that. Same, I simply dont subscribe to that it makes no sense. Not only does it make the energy not fit very well, it also is freaking weird to suddenly change the rules for determining a chart's ruling planet.

@@futuristiccat5636 in traditional astrology, capricorn is everything inside the ring of saturn and aquarius is everything outside it (hence the rebellious/black sheep thing) its orientation is critical (saturnian) because it sees how the world could b better and wants to break free from its structure. i understand why people use uranus but saturn makes sense too. uranus moves so slowly and is so far away that i don't see its effect so strong. to each their own of course!

Uranus ruler in the 11th here! I recently (finally?!) understand that I do need to relax, not control, and go with the flow (trust the universe is putting things in motion) in order to be successful. I explained this to a Virgo and Capricorn and they kept saying “it’s all about working hard” , which was annoying, but I emphasized how being who/what you truly are is the way to find success. I have a book on Chiron and read that it’s believed ruler would be Virgo. and the whole picture would be the Virgo/Pisces polarity. the wounding aspect of Chiron associated with the sign of Pisces and the healing with Virgo.

Best explanation of chart ruler in 11th I've ever heard! So true, when I try too hard to make something work it doesn't... feels like I have to surrender to the divine and let things happen, just hold on to the hope and vision. Never heard this explanation before but it's been my experience! This house energy almost feels out of ones control. I think it's a misunderstood house.

My rising is in Virgo with Jupiter occupying it. My mercury is in the twelfth. Carl jung talks about archetypes in the human psyche and mine outer persona is the trickster and my soul is the sage. It definitely shows itself in my chart.
I have notice people with heavy 6 influence in their numerology chart tend to care about animals a lot.
There are many combinations for it. However, in most cases, either they have Venus or Ketu in the 6th house or planets placed in Ardra or Revati nakshatra.
Two of my son’s are a number 6 and I can see that extra love of animals with them.

But I’ll tell you this, I’ve learned over time that I’ve put a lot of focus into other people more than I did my self and it taught me a lot but it was a repeated mistake. I had to learn to put heavy focus on myself. So far it’s paying off. Not sure what dreams you’re pursuing but in my experience it takes that heavy focus on self and letting go of old friends, family and whatever else bullshit isn’t working.

I truly believe in manifestation and I constantly daydream and visualise my dreams coming true but it all seems unattainable like it's behind a veil. Cancer rising, with moon in the 2nd house in leo! I do find my theatrics in my personality, my aesthetics, my life stories, can gain attention from those around me. And I enjoy that, because it proves to my weak ego, (scorpio sun with a scorpio/Taurus interception) that i do have inherent value in others lives. That what I have within, and in the material world is of value.

Pisces rising so Jupiter in 10th and Neptune in 11th. How fitting! I did realized how me not having any goals or after completing my goals and not having something new to work towards. Gets me depressed, not advancing gets me depressed also noticed how me being in a workaholic state after a while will get me depressed. I noticed both extremes get depressed so I have to learn how to balance it. But it’s funny and very fitting how I’m super 10th house and 11th house. Absolutely agree with you about the outer planets and the use of any new planets discovered, astrology is about development and that's not static. The charts I've done seem to bear out there use, someone with the rising sign ruler is very different from a Pluto chart ruler. Sometimes, when reading a chart, I use both the traditional ruler as well as the modern, just for a little more information.

Great video! Love learning about a new aspect of astrology I hadn't head of before. I also wanted to talk about how you mentioned that if we were to discover more planets, then Virgo & Libra could be assigned new ruling planets, which I love as a point of view along with the whole progression of consciousness thing. I've been floating around this theory in my own mind for a while now and was curious about others opinions on this, but I like to interpret Ceres as the ruler of Taurus connecting on the basis of Demeter being not only a goddess of agriculture (reaping/taking/owning things) but also one of her principle stories involving her loosing possession of her daughter, her most prized possession, and the rage and stubbornness that characterized her reactions. In this scheme Venus would remain the ruler of Libra as the feminine opposite to masculine Mars ruling Aries. Virgo seems a little more difficult for me to gage but I've been considering Chiron as a reliable, instructing healer that could act as such a ruler. Anyway if anyone even read all that and wants to comment their thoughts I would love to hear. :) (hope I didn't come across as being original I'm sure I'm not the first to make the connections)

Gemini rising here whit mercury in the 7th house, i've literally never been able to enjoy reading or consume anything that has nothing to do with romance..like true love it's very important to me, i mean yeah i love genres like mistery, thriller or whatever BUT romance is my #1 always, i have the need of love and UGH, it frustrates me sometimes. Awesome. From the description of the glyphs, to the description of the houses was ridiculous. The boundaries of the ascendant and midheaven and cusps, was something I heard but didn’t really believe as I didn’t know the explanation. And the ending where she described the 12 the house and it’s ruling over “large animals” made me think of a whale and it is scary and deep. My houses pretty much line up as a 5 degrees Aries ascendant but my first planet is my ruling planet in the 5th, Leo mars, conjunct North Node. I would like a video on the theory that your highest degreed planet is your soul planet and whether that is true or not.

I have a 12th house stellium (sun, mercury, venus) and my chart ruler is my Aries Venus. My NN is in my first house so you are correct. My whole life has been about mastering myself and figuring out who I am. I felt like I lost my identity in middle school bc I became something I was not, all for the sake of “friends”. I’m now 18 and I realize that I am truly everything. I enhance parts of my personality to a particular person (or group of people) because that’s the side that works best with whoever that I’m speaking to. The only time I don’t do that is when I’m with family or close friends. I don’t feel the need to only show one side of my personality when I’m comfortable. Trying to see my personality as one particular way honestly messed me up. I’m an onion and I have many layers to my personality.

Vedic astrology does not use the outer planets but this is another system. I observe both and I must say for me when the astrologer REALLY knows the system he is working with the results are super accurate and same!

man this is crazy, I'm an aquarius rising, my uranus, neptune, and venus all in the 12th house. This explains SO much, I've never felt like I belong on this planet, I've always had existential thoughts since being a child, I've also struggled with body dysmorphia and low self esteem (which I guess thats my venus in play). I have many self destructive habits as well, god damn astrology is like religion to me now.

For quadrant 1, it’s already not resonating at all lol. I’m not sure what is meant by self-developed, but self-centered and independent absolutely not. I could never be self-centered (at least, how I know self-centered).
I’d like to be independent one day, but that’s going to take a while due to being Autistic (although I’m what’s considered “high-functioning”, man I hate that term so much, I’m still years behind my peers developmentally. Always have been and always will be).
For the 1st house, I have zero self-confidence and I’m horrible at initiating anything. Especially conversations with people I don’t know.
I do agree that I’m very protective of myself (but others as well), and I don’t know how to take care of anybody else outside of giving advice. So there’s the first bit of truth.
I’m not self-sufficient though, working on it but not even close yet. My dad became a bit more distant after he stopped being able to control everything I thought and did due to his control issues stemming from his childhood/lack thereof (and he attempted to try and teach me things, to no avail as I take forever to actually learn things that benefit me (it literally took me a year to learn how to use a coffee machine), but not my mom.
For the 4th quadrant however, I’m definitely resonating so far.
For the 12th house, I can be self-destructive (though I have gotten better in recent years) in a way because of my low self-esteem. I don’t feel isolated and alone though, many people don’t understand me but I don’t exactly understand many of them either.
The only other thing that resonates is that my personality is very much all over the place same as me.
So overall neither of them was right, they weren’t even close haha. This is my first video of yours, so I am going to check out some more though just to see what it’s all about.

Great video, I’ve just gone through it multiple times referencing mine and the important people in my life. Makes a lot sense now! All 4 of us have intercepted houses and planets & 2 of them have stellium’s in the 4th one of which includes their chart ruler (explains a lot 😆). My chart ruler is same as yours. I have rising sign in Pisces and my Neptune is in 10th. And the part with stay at home mum while dad is working resonated so much! I loved when I could go to work and they stayed at home. 🙈 Also I love when I'm one on one with my son! 🤩🌞 Thank you for this video!
