When Iwas 13, we moved to Poynton. Got married to my first husband at that church.But before that I used to work at the legion Sundays in the games room, Tuesdays in the lounge. Always prefered the games room. Lounge was full of schooner of sherry folk lol

Thanks so much for an insight into poynton. Looking to move to the area, the deal breaker for me was the beiging restaurant was still open. I remember going there as a young girl with my parents.

I used to go to Poynton Aldi when I lived in Macc...good to see more of the town 😃
