It's amazing how time flies, my husband and myself needed to take my son there, he was going rough times, and was hanging out with a wrong croud, he had started smoking and he was doing drugs, and he kept telling us that we should move away. This day he went with us God knows how much we begged him to but only our God almighty convinced him to go. We moved from where we were living and now my son is sober free of all !!!Never stop praying for your loved ones because God almighty will hear you and it's all in his time, pray on your knees and with all your heart tell him all your sorrows, Miracles do happen AMEN
I belong to Calvary chapel and phil plays a lot for us. He's a nice guy and a blessing to go out of his way and play worship for different Calvary chapels
this song woke me.out of sleep one night last year at the peak of the first chorus and I don't care what anyone says, the fruit of that song was to fill my heart with love for the Lord and awe of Him. Phil wickham is just a servant of God but the Lord used this song to bring me back to Him in a new way. I thank God for it. I hope I get to take my daughter to one of these packed shows because it reminds me of a Baptist Camp meeting times 100.
I grew up in Baptist Campmeetings of 300 people where all we did was shout praises to God as the preachers preached nothing but the sin and the Cross, and how Glorious our God and our Savior Jesus is. The gospel and His name lifted up. As the Lord has walked me to where I need to go, I see this, and I like it. We weren't worshipping those men who stood in the puplit leading us to shout praises to our King. I won't be worshipping Phil Wickham when I go to arenas filled with not 300, but 300,000 people shouting the praises of the same God I shouted praises to amongst everyone at that little baptist church in Bristol TN. I'm thankful for that. It's what the Lord has given me for this time in my walk with him. 300 people shouting was the greatest thing I knew in joined communion and praise. This is that v2.0.

That is now what I look forward to. To see Him, and praise him in unison with not a handful, but the whole of all the redeemed. How many thousands of thousands? Great worship music!!! I know what people are talking about with churchianity....they preach so faithful and then lead a double minded life bullying vulnerable people. That looks like Shane and Shane as a guitarist from the Watermark cult...perfect example of church I an snobs. They are very cruel to disabled people Ect. Then when allegations come up, they throw a bunch of money at a handicap cause to cover for their sins. Throwing money is easy but saying that you are "Sorry" to those that you heart is hard. I've always denounced these "Harvest" crusades by Greg Laurie. It is just NOT the gospel. You can call it a Christian concert, you can call it entertainment, but please, do not call it the gospel, because its not
the gospel is preached at these events and people respond to it. So many people have given their lives to Jesus at these events. That is a win and we should celebrate that God has more of his children to see in heaven.

While Harvest is a great outreach, I think many Christians see it as more of a free concert. Even though I live only a short drive from Anaheim Stadium, I don't attend unless I have a friend who NEEDS to attend or to serve there. I know of a case where friends brought an unsaved couple and they couldn't get in. Why because people who are already Christians are filling the seats.

Worship is extremely important. even if you are already a Christian you should go because you get to worship God with his church. yes it's important to bring friends so they can hear the gospel but that shouldn't stop Christians from going so they can't praise God.
