Owning Your Flaws Is NOT Praising Them!

- There seems to be a tendency for people to assume that those who have become aware of their own flaws and acknowledge them may appear to be wearing them as a badge of honor. Perhaps in some, sure. But in many cases, this is very far from the truth. There is also a danger in unveiling your flaws and darker parts to people who are unable to handle that properly. In this video, I address how to tackle this.

"There seems to be a tendency for people to assume that those who have become aware of their own flaws and acknowledge them may appear to be wearing them as a badge of honor. "
I used to think this way. Little that i know, it's something as an INFP that caused me to be blocked in an Fi - Si loop until my ENFJ crush took me out of it.
He brought to me new ways of thinking. He encouraged me on self growth, taking responsibility for my actions, to not say "if i have these or these flaws it's just because i'm INFP and that's fine". He literally helped me rethink my unhealthy behaviors and take action to better myself and develop a growth mindset.
I feel like i'm a new person now. I feel more confident.
I feel sooo grateful that i've met him. You ENFJs are so good at inspiring people around you. That's amazing !
Acknowledging our flaws and working towards self-improvement is essential for personal development. It's easy to fall into the trap of using our personalities or circumstances as excuses for unhealthy behaviors. Thank you Denzel !
I am so thankful not only for your comment, but for your growth as well! I’m sure that in your development, you’re bringing your own beautiful light to this world. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for explaining the shadow side of ENFJ so well. The “I know what’s best for you” aspect.
People misunderstand this. They see the word “manipulative” in our dark aspects and make up all kinds of weird assumptions about our type.
Lately people are even saying “that person is an ENFJ because they are narcissistic and manipulative” and that is wild to me.
FACTS!!!! It’s interesting that it’s such a thing now too cause I definitely just addressed this in my recent video that will premiere on Sunday about Fe.
Thanks for watching!
I didn't know about shadow work, had only heard about it. But now I think I understand it more.
About the demons that we hate to share with people, I usually think that if somebody knows me more, there's more chance for them to hate me. I always act polite as if wearing different masks according to the situation, so letting that fall away is hard and it seems risky.
About being careful with sharing our private life, I think I have only trusted only one friend of mine who I think is an enfj. Before this person I was very close with a parental figure of mine whom also I consider as an enfj. Other than that I do not share anything personal with anyone (except writing comments on this channel, I guess).
But I understand that I have to work a lot. I think I will.
Thank you for this video! ✨
The shadow is truly one of my favorite topics and places to explore. Both within myself and the collective shadow. I learn so much about society that they often hide from us. And it adds color to humanity for me.
I’m honored to share a type with people you actually trusted with such information! And even the comments you leave me. I don’t take that for granted.
You’re so welcome!
@@DeezyRYG Wow, I didn't know about the collective shadow concept! Thanks for sharing that. I will search about that and try to understand it. ✨
