Brilliant music from their beginning to the latest album! They will always be tied with Duran Duran as my 4th favorite band of all time. Glorious melodies here, thanks for featuring them today!
Hey Brandon. Thank you for watching. Although not prog, their music had a progressive edge to it that separated them from much of the run of the mill 80s stuff - similar to Talk Talk and Echo and the Bunnymen. Appreciate you watching and enjoy your channel immensely. All the best. Dave✅✅
This is my all time favorite song by this group hands down.. I loved it when I heard it in the 80's and have been playing it since.. One night in a dream, I played this song in its entirety in my head.. fantastic dream... awesome song.
This has to be considered one of the best songs of all time the production on this track is ridiculous another hidden gem be them and another song lost between Shout, Head Over Heels And Everybody Wants To Rule The World, although those 3 or some of my all time favorites this song does not get even recognition, the sax the keyboard and Roland's voice, great review enjoyed it!
Hi Kevin. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Although not prog as such, the music is sufficiently progressive in nature that it always does well on the channel and gets lots of comments. Thanks again for watching. All the best. Dave✅✅
Hi Caleb. Thanks for watching. You know, I like to do prog rock stuff on the channel but I always found the band were so ‘progressive’ with their music. Yes they were an 80s band but the music was so different. Glad you enjoyed it and they will continue to feature on my channel. All the best. Dave✅✅
@@TheAlbumReviewchannel another recommendation if you want modern prog is tesseract - of matter live in studio you will love it!! is djent/prog metal!!
Fantastic track that. Really enjoyed it. Been listening to alot of tears for fears when working nights. Really enjoying them. Enjoying your channel too. Hope you're all well.
Nice review. Songs From The Big Chair is a classic album, but I still think their third album, The Seeds Of Love is their masterpiece, some people point to the fact that Seeds is over produced, and I wouldn't argue with that, but it is a glorious album, and with the track, Badman's Song, it has it's Working Hour moment. I hope you will give Badman's Song a listen, it is an 8 minute journey through different genre's including Jazz, and Gospel, Roland and Curt take the listener to church on that song.
Hey Michael. Some kind words here man, thanks so much for watching and leaving your thoughts. Although I focus on prog rock TFF tend to sit in that bracket as their music was always a cut above the others. I’ll take a look at Badmans Song. All the best. Dave✅✅
Wouldn't be an 80s album without the sax! One of the best albums of the 80s
Hi Jason. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Mel was good on the sax. Right up there with the very best. Cheers. Dave✅✅

Before even starting to watch, The Working Hour is a lush, beautiful masterpiece and probably my favorite by Tears for Fears.

Hi Anthony. Glad you are enjoying the channel. There is something about TFF that make them different. All the best. Dave✅✅
Great track for testing a music system as well as just being a lovely song.
Thank you for watching. Hope the sounds were good. All the best. Dave✅✅
One of the most poised tracks of the 80s. I see it as hitting the spots in a dressage test - love to do it to music…
Hi there. Really interesting comment. Do you mean you have done dressage to this track. If so I am very impressed. Take care. Dave✅✅
