@@ArkamVibes Try watching Fate Apocrypha its a standalone series, with a different twist to it, in which what if the grail from Fuyuki was stolen from Fuyuki to Romania, and instead of a survival 7 servants battle royale, its a 2 faction 7 vs 7 team battle. It's even easy access yo watch with netflix. Overall i like the premise, how about you give it a try.

Archer was probably aware of Kiritsugu's past. He most likely learned things from Kirei in the Holy Grail War in his timeline, where he was a teenage Master. And he later on learned about his mercenary life, since Archer himself was a mercenary. The main difference is that Archer as a mercenary didn't kill people. He just handed them over to the mages association. And he was also a nomad who traveled the world and helped people.

Shirou sees what Archer went through, but takes it all in stride and remains steadfast in his wish, and si become Anti-Nihilistic.
An Anti-Nihilistic is someone who chooses to live life to its fullest and bestest, despite a chance of their having no meaning.

@@mide2476 BS. Nihilism is that life has no meaning. Shirou literally says he's never needed meaning and he doesn't seem to have any beliefs that contradict nihilism. So saying he's anti nihilism is incorrect.
