Hi, recently came across your channel and have now subscribed, I know my question is not about this video but I recently watched one of your short videos on Instagram where you were constructing linear fencing, you were attaching wooden batens to existing concrete fence posts using concrete screws. This was something I was intending to do, however a Fencer that I know has warned me about re-bars inside the posts which apparently if hit when drilling holes can cause the posts to shatter, I would greatly appreciate your take on this, also do you use a first or second fix nail gun to attache the strips? thanks for you time

I seen a short video recently of you removing the levelling clips and you said you use a dry mix. Do you use a mixer on site when you dont get a load delivered and is it still a 3:1 mix without water (or just a little) for porcelain and sandstone
