This story points out how complex the cartel problem is. There is no morality or clear lines of right and wrong. Del Toro is an amazing actor and both of the movies are worth watching.

DelToro is one of my favorite actors. In Sicario he plays a former Cartel Member/hitman, who joins forces with the feds, to take down a rival cartel who killed his family. The fact that DelToro is Spanish makes the movie that much more powerful. Great movie!

I think Sicario was one of the most accurate depictions of the drug war between the U.S. and Mexico. The altercation crossing the border and what the cartel's foot soldiers look like and how they would act if the gunfight was real. Overall, there was just a real genuine feeling about this movie. Not to mention, the musical score absolutely intensified the emotional tempo of the movie.

And to see the film's storyline take place in Nogales Sonora Phoenix and Tucson is mind blowing and right on point. The plot is shocking and sobering the cast was amazing. I'm late with this, i hope this gets back to Benicio. When i watch films i tend to feel what characters are feeling within that world. When i watch Benicio in that world, I cried from his world because i think something of his character lives in every father. We are mortal, we love our children our wives,our family. To get to the point that Benicio gets to in the film is not something to be proud of, we are human and years of memories, it hurts. Even animals feel the pain of loss. This is a dark, soulful, spiritual and deeply felt work of art. I think good and evil are on constant ends of a universal scale and our lives are where we discover which side we gravitate towards. At the end of our lives hopefully our deeds reveal our truest self.

When i watch Sicario I can see him as nobody Other than "Alejandro"... But here I can actually see "The Collector" in him 😂💯 Awesome Actor!
I'm late with this, i hope this gets back to Benicio. When i watch films i tend to feel what characters are feeling within that world. When i watch Benicio in that world, I cried from his world because i think something of his character lives in every father. We are mortal, we love our children our wives,our family. To get to the point that Benicio gets to in the film is not something to be proud of, we are human and years of memories, it hurts. Even animals feel the pain of loss. This is a dark, soulful, spiritual and deeply felt work of art. I think good and evil are on constant ends of a universal scale and our lives are where we discover which side we gravitate towards. At the end of our lives hopefully our deeds reveal our truest self.

Absolutely loved Benicio in both "Sicario" movies !!! He is devine !! Those eyes, and his charisma and good looks !! Great actor ! At times, he reminds me of Ingelbert Humperdinck through his eyes and his mannerism and his lovely mouth is like Engelbert ! They are both gorgeous and icons in how they perform !!

Did you know that at the very beginning Alejandro had lots of dialogs and speeches, but then Benicio suggested Denis to make his character less talkative and more silent 🤫 P. S. I think it worked PERFECTLY
I've been Alejandro from Sicario for Halloween twice. I've gotten a few responses. Everyone else was extremely confused. Sad how people only watch blockbusters now. No matter good movie fans out there.
