Hey, Korean bhai. Don't know if borobhai found the house or not, but for future reference, in Bangladesh's climate, it's usually good to get a south facing apartment. Like in our house, the best room is the south-eastern one. It's naturally cool because you get the summer breeze from the south (because of the bay of Bengal, as far as I know) and sunrise from the east. North/west is not the best option, it's against the wind and usually gets too hot in the summer, and too cold in winter. Hope this helps.

You shouldn't tell in front of the caretaker that in Korea half size of this room will cost 30000tk - 40000tk. That's why he demands 60000tk very quickly. The 4 bedrooms flat should not be 60000tk in saver area at all. One thing you always be careful In Bangladesh...when comes a bargaining situation don't express that the product you like most in front of seller/owner, the price will raise high. ✌️✌️
