I am learning that some guests that Jada has to say some things from their experience in a nonloving way. It's almost like they are disgusted by those experiences. A lot of general speaking, but these guests have to know it's not a one-size glove. Some men may be insecure, but others aren't. I had a female pastor and she was so emotional. I'm happy to be under a strong man of God. Im happy Jada always cleans it up unintentionally with her humor and wisdom.
I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast. I am partial to this episode as my home campus is Garland 😊. Lady B has been highly influential and it has been such a privilege sitting under the leadership at this campus! The delivery of the various topics was so informative and insightful. Thank you both!
I always see women wanting to be in leadership but hardly any of them volunteer to do a 21 day water fast or only get 3-4hrs of sleep cause they pray and intercede in the midnight hour. I believe this was a reason why God gave the leadership for men to fill. If you go down this route, you can’t be asking why there’s no godly men in your church because you are taking the spots meant for the men.
I love your podcasts, you are speaking truth. And God is the giver of our gifts. I've taught for years in kids ministry and women. But I am not called to teach as a "Pastor". I have many friends who do teach and Pastor. I'm an independent woman and love discipleship. But I don't need to Pastor and I know I'm not called. I have been through many seasons in my 40 years following Jesus. God has called me for seasons in leadership. Serving the body for His Glory is what we need to walk in humility and Grace.
I have served under the leadership of a woman pastor so I have zero problems with it!! But I don’t agree that men who don’t agree with women being in leadership are insecure! They may just have taught differently!! Does not mean they are not secure in themselves!!
Thank You for sharing All of my Sisters in Christ. I feel that patients with each other the fruit of the spirit is what we’re all needing more and just may be listening more to the Holy Spirit really about what God has us to be doing and what we may think that we are supposed to be doing. I know that this has been a blessing, listening to this, just listening to you all sharing and reading the comments because we need to grow together and every joint supplies. Love You All…🙏🏽💛😘 We can All learn from each other. Thank you thank you so much.
I do not believe men are insecure at all. Most men don't agree with women in a leading pastor role because they are wired this way. I heard a very wise man say. A Sheppard stands at the door protecting the sheep, he fights off the wolf and predators. He said, I would never hear a sound in the house and ask my wife to check it out. He believes in women in ministry, but not women being a Pastor.
I absolutely do not agree that men who teach that women cannot lead are insecure. That’s a very wreckless thing to say and it’s not scripturally sound. Your thoughts don’t matter. What does the word of God say about this subject matter? I am a woman who doesn’t believe that a woman should lead a man based on scripture. So what would you label women that don’t believe women should lead men?
I really enjoyed this episode; And I especially like how Dr. Baxter related to us (women) as being the compliment! It spoke to my inner spirit because I too would always ask myself. Why am I doing so much? Is it for self-recognition or am I doing it because this is how God wired/designed me. The other day, I prayed and asked God, "What is it specifically that you want me to do? what is my one true gift?" because I feel like I'm all over the place. (No brag, but fairly good at everything that I do...And the Dr. said it best...God made me to compliment...Hallelujah, You ladies helped me realize that God made me this way, and it's okay. I am the Gift
Thank you for sharing. I'm unsure of my gifts, skills, & talents & lack the confidence you ladies display in walking in yours. How can I discover this & put it to work for the kingdom thru my home, marriage, career & ministry? I'd love a Woman of Wisdom (WoW) to mentor/guide me.

Women can
Do you two plan to answer this question using the scripture? Or will this discussion be opinion based?
Dear Dale Partridge...
