Most people just group "cardio" into one bucket and make it a side thing to their strength training, OR they make it all the only training but really don't understand it at all and are frustrated with their fitness and body composition results.
In this video I break down the different methods you can use in the our bodies 3 different energy systems:
1. Aerobic System
2. Anaerobic Alactic
3. Anaerobic Glycolitic
If you're an athlete it's important to know the demands of your sport to know which systems to develop, and if you're a person that wants general all around fitness, health, and body composition, then it's a good idea to work on all 3 systems in a smart, structured manner that is individualized (which is where heart rate monitors come into play).
Check out the 19 different methods you can use to develop the three different systems where I also demonstrate many of them myself so you can get an idea of how it looks like in real time (I also have my Morpheus band on to show you whats going on).

Thanks for sharing this!
Love it. I just finished Joel's certification and really enjoyed seeing how you all apply a lot of the same methods in your gym setting with your clients. Extra props for putting yourself through those methods all in the name of creating and serving!
I'm looking to next get into more mobility type work and different systems for it and would love to see you all talking about your thought process and methods around your mobility workouts. I'm currently at the stage of just throwing a bunch of mobility exercises together and calling it a workout - it's alright but no real system or template to make sure all the important parts are there.
