I just ordered the Sephora 24 day Advent Calendar from Kohl's, for $49.00. It was going for $102.00 on Amazon. I also got free shipping for a $49.00 purchase.😊 I believe they products are travel size, but what a great opportunity to try out products before buying the regular size, and not being able to use them.

The Lancome mascara is my holy grail mascara. I can use it straight out the tube. Doesn't clump or flake, washes off so easily. My eyelashes are very fine and long so they clump easily. I can put on multiple coats if I want more drama, or just one for some definition.

I’ll be picking up the Inkey List PHA Toner. It’s a great gentle exfoliant that works well on my sensitive skin. AHA’s are either too harsh for me or make my skin itchy. I use this PHA Toner 2-3 times per week and have definitely noticed my skin is brighter and even. It also has a nice instant hydrating effect too.
Milani’s Avocado Butter lip mask is really good. Really moisturizes your lips.

PGA from Inkey list should be a holy grail item. When I started using it my skin could retain moisture so much better and the amount of product I needed across the board in my routine reduced. A pump and a half of one thing only needed to be a pump or less cause my skin wasn't soaking it up like a man in a dessert. Highly recommend. I use the serum for bed and the spf for my morning routine

Also people tend to forget about Sephora Collection products (which are already pretty cheap) during the sale. All of them are 30% off. She didn’t mention these products, but they’re good, too! I work for Sephora and they’ve grown on me a lot. 😂 Plenty of fragrance-free skincare options from the collection as well!

I just recently went ham on Ouai products. All of their fragrances are so nice!! Melrose Place is very floral and spring/summer to me, and North Bondi seems fall/winter to me!

What is the best moisturizer to use with anti aging products for face like No.7 1.5 Retinal Night Cream that is cruelty free?
Dear Dr. Dray, need some help for skincare on a winter vacation/ skiing holiday: would you take off your skiing/slope makeup in the shower after skiing and put on new sunscreen + fresh makeup when leaving the door for apres-ski time? A skiing day is divided into two diffrent situations in my opinion: the cold sunny time on the slopes and then the afternoon with some daylight and no need for waterproof products. What´s your suggestion to a good protection for your skin on a skiing holiday?

Happy Monday! In Quebec City we have our first snow on the ground! The first one always disappears, but that's the signal to get our winter tires on! In a week's time, it'll be dark by 4pm! I'll be waiting for The Ordinary....thanks! My favorite tinted sunscreen spf 60 of Ombrelle is discontinued! I've been using it under my foundation every day for at least four years! I think it's going to take a long time to find a replacement! So sad!

I think that blush is Orgasm X, which is slightly darker than the standard Orgasm. It’s my favourite. Best blush in the world IMO!!

@abbyc505 thanks! The value set is actually what I had in my cart and what i ended up getting! I haven't tried it before so it's gamble getting the refill, but I figured it would be worth it since a) it's getting another whole additional one for less than a drugstore cream (plus a mini product to try), and b) there's very little chance I'll hate it given that it's a nice cream with no fragrance or common irritants.
I received it as a gift, and living in Las Vegas I thought it would be great for someone living in Minnesota. It’s kind of thick for me.

I bought that Inkey List PGA Serum last year and I loved it. But at some point since then Inkey List reformulated it. It may have the same exact components but the texture of it was utterly changed and disappointing to me. All I could say was, Why? 😢

Dr Dray has videos on damaged hair (and so do other derms like Dr. Jenny Liu). As for the olaplex styling oil, I might check the Blowout Professor (he says it's best for fine to medium hair that's easily weighted downed by oils) or Abbey Yung (she asked olaplex about their products and best way to use). Dr Dray has talked about the derma e styling repair oil which is good for frizzy hair.

It's not ascorbic acid but sodium ascorbyl phosphate (SAP) which she doesn't tend to recommend (in cases when she's asked to recommend a vit c serum, usually skinceuticals).

Hey, I have been seeing that rice water works as a natural sunscreen. It is said to have a natural spf of 30. Dr dray please reply is it true or not?
Dr Dray and Lab Muffin have both said natural and DIY sunscreens are not legit and that people shouldn't be making their own sunscreens.

it is medium strength...like the next day if you put your hair up to your nose you will defintiely smell it, but it isnt strong to the point where you can smell it when your hair is off your face
