MOFT Z: A standing desk without a standing desk

- See below for the Kickstarter! The MOFT Z is a great way to get the benefits of a laptop stand, a lapdesk, and a standing desk all in one origami inspired contraption that folds down to half an inch thick. Here are my thoughts on it while the Kickstarter campaign reaches its final week!

Thanks so much for this review and for covering a lot of my questions! I've been looking for a compact option for lifting my 15in LCD drawing tablet and found out about this, but I was wondering the moft z is shaky when you typed or worked on it in the final lifted desk position?
Nice JV! Seems to be made of metal plates and a lot of magnets, it's nice that it folds flat too. Hope the kick starter goes well for them.

Question about this- the standing table...is it too low for a standing table? Like you would be looking down a bit too much that it might hurt your neck?

I'm looking to use this as a Logitech K780 multi device keyboard riser on a fixed desk. My 27" monitor, on a full motion monitor stand, will be connected to my work laptop in a closed config sitting in a cradle...or on occasion use it as a laptop stand.
What notebook you re using?

You did not mention how / if this affects the laptop temperature considering you are showing a laptop (like most laptops) with air intake from the bottom.

OH PLEASE THIS HURTS MY EYES IN THE STANDING DESK POSITION THE WHITE SLAB IN THE BASE MAGNETICALLY ATACHS AND SECURES THE TOP PART...
Not gonna see if this is a mentioned in this long video, but a big con is Moft products are made really poorly. The adhesive will let out within a few weeks and it'll become garbage.

I don't really like this...it's like carrying around two laptops now. I prefer the one the just sticks to the bottom of the laptop.
Their previous Kickstarter was exactly that. I have one on my Mac and another on my Windows laptop.
