Part 2/2 of our van flooring install videos. This video covers the top floor install, using Lonseal's Lonridge flooring
What comes in this kit:
•Pre-cut top floor of your choosing
•Glue/adhesive
•Sills (optional) + screws
Tools you will need:
•Glue + trowel/adhesive spreader
•40-100lbs floor roller
•Drill (if adding sills)
How to Install:
1. Sweep subfloor clear of any excess debris
2. Dry fit your top floor and make cuts if needed
3. Peel back your top floor into thirds, starting at the front of the van
4. With your trowel, spread an even layer of floor glue onto your subfloor
5. Lay and press your first 1/3 of flooring, and repeat step 4 with your other two sections of flooring
6. With your floor roller, roll out the entirety of your flooring to remove any bubbles and ensure a flat fit
7. Place weights on all corners and middle of floor and let cure for 24-72 hours
8. Place your sills at the front, side door, and back of van floor

Hi -- Have you had any issues with the Lonseal 650 epoxy adhesive not adhering green zip flooring? I contacted Lonseal manufacturer and they were not sure. They were not sure about adhesion to the moisture resistant coating applied to the zip system. Any feedback you have would be great.

Is there a reason you didn't Zip tape the seams of the panel?

What is the grey stuff on top of the perimeter of the Zip panels?

That Panel was a bit too wide at least by an inch..

Hmm we think it fit perfectly, but I know it's hard to tell from across the Internet. Clients loved it. Guess you just had to be there to know for sure.
