Naio Nails has bought a new one out called ‘loud and clear’. Kirsty has been using it instead of clear acrylic sometimes because of its clarity. I love the colour of these nails, they’re beautiful ❤️

My first ever set doing myself with polygel (it was with the Beetles starter kit I believe it's called) it came with TONS of awesome decorations & rhinestones, a clear, white & EXTREMELY light pink polygel (i have since went insane & ordered tons more stuff LMAO), the usual (file, dual forms, brush, etc) & actually a really good lamp for only about $50 & a drill for about $15 bc I wasn't sure if I could do it🙈.. but my FIRST EVER SET I did LITERALLY lasted 2 months😳. I followed all your preparation steps (legit have a notebook with bulletpoints i follow 😂💗) but thank u SOO MUCH for all your detailed information in your videos & inspiring such amazingly GORGEOUS & ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL STUNNING designs & inspiration🥰❤💙🧡💜💚💙

I’m wondering what specifically it is that you do that gives your nails such longevity under normal circumstances. Is it the builder gel? That GBI rubber base coat? (I got it btw but haven’t used it yet)... Is it your technique? your nails really be staying so long, I saw that marbled set that your one client chopped off, months after you did it... no lifting! It’s crazy, I only do my own but I ALWAYS get lifting after like a week
(PS if anyone else has some insight I’m asking y’all too)
What products are you using?
Use a cuticle softener to properly remove the cuticles, then dehydrate and add a bond before base coat. That should make your set last.
@JL C: I had some lifting around the sides when I first started using gel or polygel. Since I started using Young Nails Protein Bond primer I have no issues whatsoever. Cuticle prep is really important. Also make sure your nails are really dry. Like don't do your nails after taking a shower or doing dishes.....you want them dry. And lastly make sure you are using base coat and really scrubbing that into your natural nails. Hope this helps!

Have you ever tried cjp? They have a product called bob the builder its builder in a bottle, only 8.45£ for 15ml and it's brilliant! l get no lifting at all and I have used it on its own to build nearly 2 inch extensions so its strong yet durable.
Nails West and many other similar sites sell Light Elegance Glitter Gels without needing a license FYI! I am OBSESSED with them! Check out Storm Chaser if you don't already have it. So amazing!!
