Angiosperms: Flowering Plants

  • We just learned about gymnosperms, and the incredible evolutionary advantages they had over their ancestors. But the next leap forward for plants was even more impressive. Angiosperms are flowering plants, so any plant with flowers or fruits is an angiosperm. And instead of fertilizing by wind, angiosperms enlist the help of animals to execute highly targeted fertilization for them, affording them even more reproductive success, which is why angiosperms quickly covered the world. Let's learn more about angiosperm variety, reproduction, and other details.

Calling out liars like Pierre appropriate and necessary. Really, given the circumstances Dave was super nice. What Pierre does is truly despicable, telling crazy lies and misleading thousand of gullible people.

Professor dave what about the gymnosperm gnetum (gnetophyta). They posses a less advanced version of double fertilization, oval shape leaves, a seed wall similar to a fruit. They also posses some xylem tissues only angiosperms posses. Yet they don't have flowers. However DNA and molecular studies don't add up with the theme. What do you think about angiosperm relation to gnetophytes. Could they be a failed attempt by natural selection to posses the fruit? Gnetophytes onces dominated the world during jurassic but not anymore. Is it because anthophytes did what gnetophytes failed?

if something is indeed real then it can be reproduced or proven in a lab test yes? so how does water curve around a ball? water is the perfect level, builders have been using this method for years as it works the best to get perfectly flat, level measurements and yet we are told water wraps around the globe, a ball, it curves?????? can you please show me this in a lab test, water curving 360 degrees in every angle, water curving and comforting to the ball, not dripping down or running off.
if it is true then it will be easy to do!!!! thanks, looking forward to this video.

I don't "presume" anything. You're a flat earther, which makes you among the dumbest people alive. I debunked this and every other idiotic thing you've ever said or thought about the shape of the earth in my several flat earth debunks. Sack up and watch them, kiddo.

    • @backstreetfan2887
      @backstreetfan2887 3 роки тому

Mergatroid, to answer your question, the reason why water sticks to the earth is because it is massive and therefore has a lot of gravity. The more mass an object is, the more gravity it has. For something to have that much gravity it must be pretty big, such as a planet, moon, or large asteroid. Have you ever seen a laboratory be enough to fit a moon inside of it? That would be a pretty big laboratory! But you can tell the earth is round just from your own observation, for instance by looking at a moonrise or a moonset. Seriously look at the moon when it is rising or setting as it appears to cross the ocean or a mountain, you should have no doubt. If the earth was flat the moonrise/moonset would not look that way. Same with the sunrise/sunset but I'm afraid that if I tell you to go look at the sunrise or sunset you might accidentally go blind, so be careful if you try that. Dave's channel here has a number of excellent flat earth debunks. My personal favorite is "Destroying flat earth without using science part 2 the stars." Watch that and you will know that without a shadow of a doubt the earth is round. Just think, in only five minutes and twenty-four seconds from now you can be free of your delusions. After you have watched all of Dave's flat earth debunks, sci man dan's flat earth friday playlist is pretty fun too. Have a nice day.

Hi Dave. i was wondering if you googled “What is the percentage of black children born in wedlock in 2020?” yet ?
And then search, “What was the percentage of black children born in wedlock in the 1920s?” Followed by, “what was the percentage of black children born in wedlock in the 1950s / 1960s etc”
Compare the 3 percentages and you’ll see it go from 20% to as high as 72% today! it’s amazin’!
If you have not or can not find the data, let me know, and i will send you some verified sources.
I do want to say that I understand why you did not know that the stuff Jesse said in your debate was true. Our generation was truly brainwashed. And the reason our generation imediately shuts down what he says, is because we have been lied to for so long so it’s hard for us to fathom the truth. It’s amazin’!
One thing that people in our generation should do to understand the truth more, is to get out and travel around the world. And when we do that, we see that we have been lied to about a lot of stuff growing up. The first time i heard Jesse speak, i was amazed and thought “What The!? Is this guy being silly!?!?” but then i did the research, real research, and everything he says is right.. Just like how we were told that whites enslaved blacks, but we were never told that slavery had been around forever! And that blacks sold blacks! And blacks owned Blacks! it’s amazing!
I think what you guys are trying to say is: jesse says it wasn’t racist back then because it was more so just the current reality, not racism.. however, if this were to happen today, yes dave would be correct that it’s racist.. but we need to understand the norm was different and has changed.
The same goes with you not understanding what he says about women loving their children and anger. you don’t understand because you are an atheist. which is okay. but when you are born again, you don’t need to be shown because you just KNOW
and you find out that everything you’ve ever needed to know, you already know! but until you apologize to your mother for hating her for taking you away from your father mentally and sometimes physically, forgive her, and forgive your father, only then will you be born again and everything that you already know but couldn’t see - comes to light! but until you have this happen, it sounds silly and sounds like fantasy land but i promise you it’s true..
Also re watch your debate and you’ll see how angry you became, but you’ll see Jesse didn’t get angry at all. But it’s okay because it’s not your fault.
But anywho. I enjoy your other videos! keep up the good work! Have a nice day!!

Chris, out of wedlock does not mean single. Jesse distorts statistics to match a narrative he has created. He's a moron and a pawn for conservatives to pretend that it's ok to hate black people. Literally nothing he says is true. It doesn't matter how many past incarnations of slavery there were. In America, white people enslaved black people. When one race enslaves another, it's racist. Anyone who says otherwise is a moron. For Jesse to say racism doesn't exist is disgusting. And the part about women not loving their children? I'm sorry, but if you don't recognize right there that he's an idiot, that's on you. It's astounding that anyone gives him five seconds of their attention. I've never interacted with a dumber person. And no, I objectively didn't get angry, I was literally laughing the whole time. You've invented an alternate reality. It's pathetic.
