풀들도 그렇고 연잎도 나무도 초록빛이 정점을 찍은 것 같은 요즘의 풍경 색감이 너무 예쁩니다. 제일 좋아하는 색이 초록색이라 저 예쁜 초록색들을 추출해서 물감을 만들고 싶어집니다.

나이들면서 혼자 있는 시간이 많아지면 외로움을 느낄 때가 있어요.
외로움 극복방법은 남은 돕는 것이 최고래요.
남을 위해 봉사하고 더 많이 베풀고
더 많이 공동체에 기여하는 것이
혼자 있어도 행복해지는 방법이라는 연구결과가 있어요.
남을 돕는 것이 바로 나를 돕는 행위로
혼자 있어도 행복하고
