What you’re talking about usually comes with age. When I was your age I was all about pushing myself as well but as I aged I realized it wasn’t worth it. I learned to slow down and stop to smell the roses. Life is short. I’m 52 now and don’t know how I got here so fast lol. Enjoy it while you’re young because when you get older you’re too tired to enjoy much. Look at me now; a rambling old man lol. Just listen to your inner self. It will never lie to you.
