Hi Emma! I'm so sorry for your pain. I got deathly I'll from severely low potassium, magnesium and sodium at the same time. I passed out on my stairs and had to be admitted to the hospital in ICU for 4 days. Hamsters are awesome! It's so beautiful where you live! Have a blessed day 🙏 ✨️ 💛-Tina in Kentucky
Sending gentle healing hugs your way💕l hope you get some relief soon, so you can get on with your days without the aches and pains... I recently turned 60 aghhhh😩growing old is not for sissy's at all ... I feel like the foundation's are crumbling.. Love that gorgeous little drive ❤so beautiful❤
😀😀😀😀 I love the calendar , glad you are sorting your. Vitamins out, I'm sure you will soon feel so much better, love seeing all the animals you work with, and your dogs are so cute, and of course the rabbits xx
Lovely drive and relaxing music Emma, I truly enjoyed it! Love to you and the babies! I hope that you feel better soon dolly, it sucks feelin yucky ❤❤❤
Hey emma, I love how much you love animals and how much they warm your heart, hope you start to feel better soon, again you doing marvelous, the get up and go you have whilst grieving and feeling poorly is so commendable, big hugs and get that spa day booked in the next video I want to hear you have booked it😂love that calender it's so cool xxxx
Seeing Dave sitting on his butt always makes my day!!! So cute! That was a very pretty drive you took us on. What narrow streets! Hope your vitamins kick in for you soon. You are a real trouper to carry on with your work when you feel like resting. Take care dear heart! ❤🐾🐾🐇🐇
Hi, Emma. Lovely seeing all the autumnal colours and beautiful stonework, of the houses/walls on your travels today. Bless you. I hope and pray you're soon feeling much better, once all the vitamins start to take effect. Hopefully, you'll pick up and feel much more energetic/comfortable then. 🙏🙏 In the meantime, keep warm. Eat as well as you can. Love and light to you. 💞🌟 xx Be mind
I'm glad you've had your blood checked for vitamin levels. I think it should be part of an annual physical, particularly for people with compromised absorption issues. Vit D is so important especially for the immune system. Between all the stress you're under and the Winter season coming on with its colds and flu bugs, a good immune system makes all the difference! What a pleasant drive down the beautiful roadway. I can't imagine American drivers politely pulling to the side allowing others to go by. I love the British manners! Makes the whole journey so much more pleasant and relaxing! Thank you for sharing your day! From Vermont, USA ❤️xx
I don't believe she will change due to increase in subscribers, if anything, the horrific sicknesses of her twin and mom, then their deaths has taken a toll, maybe in the future we may find het enjoying herself at times again, camping, some traveling. I hope. Her core is respect, responsibility, and being a decent human. She won't change, she is an animal lover, those folks don't change❤
I loved watching you smile, and laugh as you thought of Suzie, thinking of her funny sense of humor, I know it's hard to think of her, and smile, because of all the bad, but I'm soo glad you did!💜💜💜
That's sound advice on the vitamins Emma. Too much can be harmful if you don't need to take it, but that's with the understanding that you definitely do and I'm glad to see you're back on the wagon with yours. I know you'll treasure not only that calendar (you naughty girls you) and all things given to you by Sooz. They will help to keep her close to you for the rest of your life and are very precious. A lovely drive through some fantastic autumn scenery and I enjoyed meeting today's client and seeing your interlude with Dave! Lovely snuggles. Hope those vitamins kick in soon and help you feel better quickly, but maybe that massage would help a lot too at the moment, so a great plan to try and get it booked! Take care and sending love.
Riding in the car and seeing how bloody beautiful everything is so enjoyable. The roads make me nervous as they look so narrow. Not to mention we drive the opposite way. The way you light up when you’re with your fur babies is priceless. I am always snuggling and kissing ion mine. I have Rheumatoid arthritis & osteoporosis. The vitamins never worked due to an absorption issue. I take lots of warm showers, rotate a heating pad pray, use Salonpas lidocaine flex patches that are amazing and pray for relief. There are times when nothing helps including pain meds. So I get up and walk around for hours. I hope you can find a happy medium.. to be young again and know what we know now. I remember and love the calendar Suz gave you. Display it proudly. Much love and happy snuggles.
What a gorgeous ride! The colors are amazing. I’m quite a bit jealous. I live in Central Texas. It drab and yucky. No change of leaves. Makes me sad. Emma, I hope you get a break in your health soon and that you’ll start to feel better.
Oh Emma, you wake up so early!! You’re a Legend! And we get to go with you! When you turn your number days over- it feels so calming to me for some reason. And that cute little Mousey! It’s tiny pink nose! Gosh! So adorable! Loved seeing Dave chilling with ya on the couch watching tv! We’ve had a reprieve from the hot hot weather. It’s raining here and only about 22 or 23 degrees Celsius. I’ve just had my cuppa while watching your video. I tell you, those narrow roads! 😮 I’d be driving with one hand over my eyes when they pass! 😅😅😅 Hope the rest of the week brings blessings and some comfort for your aches. I know how that can be. You take very good care of you! See ya on your next adventure! 🫶☀️🥰🌻🌷🌸💓🙋♀️🐾🐾🐾🇦🇺 love from me and Lennie!
Hi beautiful Emma ❤ I truly love all the gorgeous fur babies 🥰🥰🥰 Bless your beautiful heart ❤️ I truly hope your awful pains ease up very soon. I’m sending you so much love and enormous hugs xxx🫂🫂🫂
I love the ☕️ that you used first thing this morning. As you said “ask your doctor before taking anything “ but there’s a type of magnesium that you can take just for muscle cramps, I’ll look it up tomorrow and DM it to you. Thanks for the car ride today ❤
Hi Emma, sorry you feel so terrible. The weather doesn't help either. Painkillers are the only thing that helps my aches and pains. Swimming is so good for you as you have the water, which is less stressful on your joints. Take care, and thanks for your vlogging.
Wow the roads where you live are very tiny and crooked. But everything is so beautiful. Your new friend is a cutie. Hope you get your deficiency lined out soon. I'm working on some too. So I know it's rough. Have a wonderful day 💐
Hi Emma Oh I love your fleece. Looks so cosy. Glad your doing OK. I have all, the aches and pains especially this weather I think mines called old age too ha ha Have a good day Love Kim ❤
I take Baricol which is just 3 chewable fruity flavour tablets per day. They have all the vitamins you need and are recommended for post weight loss surgery. I bought a couple years supply. Much easier than lots of tubs of different vitamin tablets. I can highly recommend for you. However, even with them I was dangerously low on Vit D as I said yesterday. I’ve been taking the extra Vit D for a few weeks now and feel energised, motivated, no fatigue, hai loss stopped, and muscle pain much much better xx
Can i suggest you look carefully at the ingredient labels on those vitamins. A couple of those are full of fillers. Always take magnesium separately, it can make you very sleepy, so take it late at night, or an hour before bed. Huggy bugs dear Emma. 🥰🥰🥰💝💝🫂🫂🫂🫂
I think Dave should have his own channel, or at least a FB page!! Lack of sun and wearing SPF sunscreens and makeup means that just about everyone is vitamin D deficient in the UK now. I think it's more your body recovering from trauma than anything else, just going to take time. Working for yourself means you can't afford to take the time off, I know, I was in the same position but try at least on the weekend just to sleep as much as you can. We're all here wishing the best for you. Oh, and it snowed here today, decent couple of inches but washed away now. Take care lovely.❤❤
Hope you feel better soon.... I still think you may have Fibromyalgia. You sound just like me. Trama is what sets it off. If it is just vitamin D you should feel better real soon, if you don't please keep pursuing with your GP ❤
Hi lovely. I must start remembeting to take mine. Hope they make you feel bit better. What a lovely village it does remind you of a choc box 😍. Sending lots of love and hugs ❤🫂❤️🐇🐇🐕🐕❤ xxx
Such beautiful scenery.. and that narrow road 🫣 we call those “alleys” here in Pennsylvania. I think it’s amazing you guys drive on the opposite side of the road. I was on a vitamin D pill that I had to take once a week. They will help with aches and pains and also depression. I was taking a multivitamin gummy after dinner( it’s the only meal I really eat ) and could never understand why I felt so sick in the evening. Here they interacted with my night meds. Be careful and I hope you start to feel better soon. ❤🦋
Emma I've done exactly the same and slacked off my vitamins...I'm back on vit D. Your health will also be suffering from the traumas you physically went through w8th Sooz & Mum and now Ashley's not living at home you get no help or respite there and your doing more as well as full time work. Be kind to yourself, take a nice little hotel night to yourself sometime soon if you have dog-sitter...or as you mentioned book a massage with a reputable therapist - you need it. Much love from Scotland xx
Hi Emma. I hear ya I have severe anemia and currently getting iron infusions and my vitamin D is extremely low I’m taking 50,000 units of vitamin D once a week. Now you know what’s wrong with you and it can be fixed. Go girl. Love ya
Hi my iron is very low the hospital said I need a iron infusion but I'm not sure and I've just been diagnosed with heart failure and anaemic and high blood pressure I wish you speedy recovery ❤
I was aching and had pain in my elbows and shoulders and since taking vitamin D I don’t have the aches and pains anymore xx hope you feel better soon honey xx
❤🎉Good morning Beautiful Emma and fur babies!!!!💛🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🌹🦋🐦🙏 They all help you asap.🙏🌹🦋 love your new coat cute!!! You have a hear of 🥇🪙 gold with all animals. God bless you sweetest one. We all love you Emma!!!🙏🤗🌹
I have read that magnesium is needed to absorb vitamin D if this helps you to know. I am a twin myself and have followed your channel for a long time. I have Autism and mental health issues and wanted to respond to you as you have helped me so much. I had fibroid thickened womb lining and heavy bleeding issues and hysteroscopy procedure to check for Cancer. For me I had the all clear but aware of the misdiagnosis or not being heard by the medical professionals in different areas and changes to GP practices since Covid. Your such a strength and inspiration to many Emma and I have agoraphobia so not go out much but watching your you tube channel and others has during the daytime has helped to educate me and not make me feel so alone at times. You are so brave to still continue to share your days in your worst times and good, and please know how precious you are to many and for keeping your beautiful Sooz legacy alive and your Mums sharing and moving on with those who follow you my lovely. ❤❤
I'm low energy and achy and the D3 + K2 is helping, but don't forget lay on a heating pad, "do some warm up stretches each day before work", sounds like you may have done a bit too much work and not realized it, might not be vitamin related like your other symptoms. You are going through so much and doing so much. God bless you Emma, you're amazing and stronger than you know. I haven't commented in ages, but still following along. xx 🥰 Love from Florida.
Beautiful part of the country you live. So pretty. Bless you & your baby watching TV. If only animals could talk !. I always talk in a silly voice to animals. Hope your brothers doing OK x
The vitamin d will help you. I take 50,000 IU once a week. I finished my iron infusion yesterday. They will keep and eye on my hemoglobin to make sure they stay therapeutic. Tomorrow I go and see my Oncologist! Give it time Emma and you will see a difference. Love you!👏🏻❤️😘🤗
God bless you, I've been through chemotherapy from my breast cancer treatment and know the treatment can be taxing, and prior to receiving treatment, they would test to see where I was. Hang in there.
Just be careful taking all those vitamins at once until you see how your body acts.its better to start out little by little so you know if you get sick wht one did it and how to adjust doses
Been taking them all for years as I'm a bariatric patient x but I've slacked after everything that has gone on....which has lead to the deficiency 😭 My own fault xx
Beautiful shot of you I hope you'll be ok could be fibermialergy or maybe your mattress needs to be changed love the way your fur baby sits up to give you a hug so cute the back roads reminds me of Ireland ✨🥰☘️
Love your vids they make me smile cry and take your advise on board.wow what a drive, bridges cars dogs humans, I was squeezing , pelvic muscles tight🤪 watching you 🌹🌹🐌🐌
Your amazing and so down to earth.. my oldest just got a call from her doctors office today saying they need her to come in to talk to her about her blood work she's so worried. Of course I told her everything is gonna be fine
Emma , I’ve left so many comments and all been deleted by UA-cam 😭. This is just to say I have severe lack of Vitamin D myself and on industrial strength tablets , I hope you feel better soon lovely . God Bless 💐🫶🏻
I’m vit B12 deficient too!! It’s no big deal. Just got to have the injections every three months. I forget but the nurse at the surgery reminds me lol I’m also allergic to the sun,, but that’s not what caused it. I always take vid D now. It’s not something to over dramatise, loads of people have it. lol. Love your journey along the beautiful roads xx
Yes, I get those injections as well plus calcium shots, I’m debating about flu shot,I’m 73 now and I feel like I have a cold coming on, I have for awhile now. The things that go on,tired all the time too. Now I have blood in my urine, so I guess just wear and tear. You take care, are you a younger person? Lana 💞
Hi Emma! Just popping in to say hi! Give Minkie, Dave, Tea Cup and ummm - drat! What’s the other rabbit’s name? Anyway! All your beloved furries- a big hug! Love from me and Lennie! 🫶🫶🫶🐾🐾🐾🥰🥰🥰🙋♀️🇦🇺
I feel like you’ll need to go further with medical care . They always look for the simplist answer first. Vit D I doubt will fix you. Go easy on yourself. ❤
I’ve been on vitamin D2 or D3 for several years. Doesn’t seem to do anything. I get more tired and weaker every day. I’m allergic to zinc in high amount. I’ve never been told to take iron. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m sure I have an absorption issue. My stomach gives me a lot of problems. I need to be on a probiotic but I can’t afford it. I hope you start feeling better soon. Love you so much! 🙏🏻😘
I have a feeding tube since then I have to take vitamin B12 and thiamine and peppermint oil as well as I don't eat much also vitamin D it's makes you so tired I got fibromyalgia that all your symptoms as well Emma x
Awwww She was a house rat wasn't she ? I used to have 2 called Minky and Badger sadly though they only lasted a short time, first one got cancer in his head which ate its way through giving her a hole in the head, took her to the vets ( who rats himself) he said he could prescribe something to help prolong her life but he suggested we have her put to sleep. That's what we did then same happened again a month later. We knew something was wrong as no matter what we did they weren't very friendly at all. You are on a lot of vitamins aren't you, I take 3 a day I'm sure I need others though because I can't eat meat. Last time I had full blood tests not long ago, they said it was just a lack of iron, which they gave me a large mg iron tablets. I assume another blood test will be due very soon. Xx
I know the feeling well ,i have psoriatic arthritis and just been medically retired due to my illness and I take some very potent medication that makes me feel crap xx
Now, being menopausal, brain fogged and traumatised from domestic violence from ny son and being a nurse, i have ramped up the vitamins coz my body feels steam rollered. But i use one of those large pill box organisers so every day i know what ive taken...i put cat litter in the washing machine yesterday so i have reached a new level of plonker x
You might also try tumeric with curcumin. It’s great for inflammation. I take two per day and it really helps. I have also cut way back on white flour and sugar which helped a lot! You might try doing some good exercises to stretch each day before work. I have a routine I do regularly that really helps along with using free weights to maintain my muscle strength and flexibility and riding my stationary bike. It’s so important as we grow older. I’m in my 60s now and it’s absolutely necessary. Swimming is great too. I use to have a pool and I still miss it! ❤
Emma could you get vitamin D injections to absorb quicker then take the pill? Oh my gosh I couldn’t drive on those narrow roads. Beautiful but a tight fit. 🌸😊
Curious if all those supplements are needed. Of course Vit D3 is, did I miss how many units a day? 5000units a day PO is a common amt, and safe, you will start feeling much better in 2-3months, maybe a lot sooner actually. You seem to be taking care of urself, self care, ur animals, cozy warm feel good clothes. ❤ to you.
Such beautiful colours of all the leaves. Ahh Dave and his little meerkat poses. Love you lots Emma ❤
Hi Emma!
I'm so sorry for your pain. I got deathly I'll from severely low potassium, magnesium and sodium at the same time. I passed out on my stairs and had to be admitted to the hospital in ICU for 4 days.

You are so brave to still continue to share your days in your worst times and good, and please know how precious you are to many and for keeping your beautiful Sooz legacy alive and your Mums sharing and moving on with those who follow you my lovely. ❤❤
@amandapentelow895 Hi there honey, sending up prayers 🙏 for healing! -Tina in Kentucky
What a lovely thoughtful message thank-you ❤️ so so much xxxx
Awwww. What a cutie hamster. Gorgeous. ❤❤❤❤what a beautiful area. So pretty.
I believe we always feel better for having animals …no matter how tiny, or how large they’re simply wonderful!! Be well Emma 🙏🏻💞
You usually need K2mk7, Boron and Magnesium to ensure your body can use the Vitamin D (5,000iu per day needed to get levels up properly) xx
The vitamin d will help you. I take 50,000 IU once a week. I finished my iron infusion yesterday. They will keep and eye on my hemoglobin to make sure they stay therapeutic. Tomorrow I go and see my Oncologist! Give it time Emma and you will see a difference. Love you!👏🏻❤️😘🤗
Thinking of you xxx 🫂❤️
God bless you, I've been through chemotherapy from my breast cancer treatment and know the treatment can be taxing, and prior to receiving treatment, they would test to see where I was. Hang in there.
Just be careful taking all those vitamins at once until you see how your body acts.its better to start out little by little so you know if you get sick wht one did it and how to adjust doses
Been taking them all for years as I'm a bariatric patient x but I've slacked after everything that has gone on....which has lead to the deficiency 😭
My own fault xx
That drive you took us on reminded me of the hazard perception test, something around every corner 😊 looks like a lovely place though

I’m vit B12 deficient too!!
It’s no big deal. Just got to have the injections every three months.
I forget but the nurse at the surgery reminds me lol
I’m also allergic to the sun,, but that’s not what caused it.
Lana 💞

I hope the vitamins help you Emma I talk in daft voices to my dog Mylo he seems to understand lol 😆 xx
Lovely 💖🦋💖👍xx
I feel like you’ll need to go further with medical care . They always look for the simplist answer first. Vit D I doubt will fix you. Go easy on yourself. ❤
That's what I'm lacking in so hopefully we've cracked it x feeling better already xx
I’ve been on vitamin D2 or D3 for several years. Doesn’t seem to do anything. I get more tired and weaker every day.
I’m allergic to zinc in high amount. I’ve never been told to take iron. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m sure I have an absorption issue. My stomach gives me a lot of problems. I need to be on a probiotic but I can’t afford it.
I hope you start feeling better soon. Love you so much! 🙏🏻😘
Definitely get that looked into please 🙏 xxxxxxxx
Those streets are very narrow, I don't think I could drive on them 😊

@susanannhagger7637 Hi dear, just letting you know I'm sending up prayers 🙏 for healing! -Tina in Kentucky
Xx
Oh gosh 😢🌈❤️❤️❤️❤️ no she was a little hamster x so cute
I know the feeling well ,i have psoriatic arthritis and just been medically retired due to my illness and I take some very potent medication that makes me feel crap xx
Gosh that sounds nasty 😔💕
Now, being menopausal, brain fogged and traumatised from domestic violence from ny son and being a nurse, i have ramped up the vitamins coz my body feels steam rollered. But i use one of those large pill box organisers so every day i know what ive taken...i put cat litter in the washing machine yesterday so i have reached a new level of plonker x
Oh goodness x x you got this girlie xx
Hey dave❤❤❤
You might also try tumeric with curcumin. It’s great for inflammation. I take two per day and it really helps. I have also cut way back on white flour and sugar which helped a lot!
You might try doing some good exercises to stretch each day before work. I have a routine I do regularly that really helps along with using free weights to maintain my muscle strength and flexibility and riding my stationary bike. It’s so important as we grow older. I’m in my 60s now and it’s absolutely necessary. Swimming is great too. I use to have a pool and I still miss it! ❤
Weird you say that! Ordered some today it comes tomorrow!!!
@ I think it will really help! I notice a difference for sure!
Emma could you get vitamin D injections to absorb quicker then take the pill? Oh my gosh I couldn’t drive on those narrow roads. Beautiful but a tight fit. 🌸😊
B12 you can do injections also....my daughter had iron transfusions it was so bad .
Awwe hes lovely❤
Burgund yis one of my fav colours x
❤️🙏😘
❤
Hi Emma, my local beautician does Vit D injections. Ask your lady who does Botox if she does them. I get them every 3 months. X
Its all the stress as well ❤
Curious if all those supplements are needed. Of course Vit D3 is, did I miss how many units a day? 5000units a day PO is a common amt, and safe, you will start feeling much better in 2-3months, maybe a lot sooner actually. You seem to be taking care of urself, self care, ur animals, cozy warm feel good clothes.
❤ to you.
