But you can't really be parasocial with a fictional character, so at least there's that

How do you get the wings on Kaori? On which level do I have to get platinum to get those wings?

They're a Peak 3 reward. If you've won all the events on that peak (excluding the All Peak events, also Gold medals are enough), then you'll definitely have the wings by that point
