I am so glad I found this channel. Of all my years in YT and of all gaming channels I follow the one I resonate the most as a gamer is with this one.
Xenoblade and Zelda alone are enough to justify my purchase of the Switch
Besides Zelda and Xenoblades, Astral Chain and NieR Automata were some of the best Switch games for me, with Automata being a great and polished port. I also enjoyed No Man's Sky a lot!
Pretty great list, I agree with almost the entirety of it and the games' placement on it. Imo, it could be expanded into Top 30 though, with Link's Awakening, Age of Calamity, FE: Three Hopes, MUA3 and Pokemon S/V incorporated in it in any given order.

I just finished the main story of xenoblade 3 and it was every bit as good as you say. I played 1, 2, Torna, and X but 3 way truly special. I’m about to start future redeemed and I’m so excited. 😊

We need an updated list for third party games as well. Smt V, MH rise, doom eternal, etc, need a spot among the best in the switch lineup
astral chain was a late find for me, just this year, and it’s amazing! hope they expand the detective work in the sequel. but it’s amazing

I would love for Astral Chain 1 to be remastered or patched to work on Switch 2 with enhanced performance/graphics, and of course Astral Chain 2... but with Kamiya leaving Platinum...that is kinda in doubt
Looks great in 4K on PC, so a patch should be dropped for all games if switch 2 is backwards compatible

Fire Emblem Three Houses is, hands down, the best Switch game I've played and the best game I've ever played. All the others you mentioned are also great games.

Have you ever played strategic games before? I dont like this kind of games, but I hear all the time that FE three houses is the best game. Im a bit worried I wont like it tho, cause its a strategy. >
@yrora678 Yes, I did, but you don't have to. You can experience Three Houses without previous knowledge about the combat systems and learn at your own pace. The easiest difficulty is normal/casual, and it's very, very easy. It helps new players learn about the combat and focus on the story. Also, don't be afraid of disliking a game that other people are crazy about. I have my fair share of those, too. May the goddess Sothis welcome you in Fódlan with open arms.
Depends on the day but I would have to say that my top switch games all interchangeable would be Pokémon sword for getting me to buy a switch super smash bros for the fun I had playing the game during Covid Zelda tears of the kingdom for the impact it had on me and the amount of hype I had to play it leading up to release and how I was unable to put it down and Xenoblade three and future redeemed for giving me the most emotional story I’ve experienced anywhere whether it be show or book or video game it was amazing
Until now. Fire emblem three houses is by far the best switch game. Maybe one of the best games I played ever.

You have some really good games vi have almost all of them but haven't played nearly 10% of them. To little time but love to collect physical games. Specially cartridges. Something special about them.
In retrospect, engage was really great. Love the music, gameplay, and characters. 3H is still THAT game tho
And yeah, future redeemed is perfect

Xenoblade Chronicles 1 is great i spent like 50 hours in it and Tears of the Kingdom is great and i still gotta beat them and the great Astral Chain. These three are the best Switch games in my opinion.

Nintendo has good and miracle ports which is good to expand branding but even just their first party games are really good. I played 11 games off of this list.

Dread not 🚫 in the top 10??! Come on brah, i applaud you for putting it before Prime more than most BLOGGERs that come off like they haven't beat them (I'm playing both btw, Dread for the sec) but Dread one of the best i played (Oled) in the past 5 years. Moving ON.
Arms is amazing. Especially if u have 1 or more local firends to play with and 4 jouycons. Deep strategy, and easy to pickup, but alot of skill to master as u progress and learn the moves and counters.
It's a good party game alongside WarioWare Games

It is way too hard to judge what my favorite first party switch game is. Most likely Pokemon Legends but I adore Metroid Dread and Xenoblade games.

Aside ftom let's go pikachu FE3H is the only AAA game on my switch that past 700 hours.

Bro how the hell does Arms and Pokken outrank Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze? I would have easily put DK at 23 and then both Mario+Rabbids games at 24 and 25 and would've thrown out both Arms and Pokken.

I no it’s a hot take and completely opinion based, but totk and botw or a any game for that matter are close to the Xenoblade games, especially 3
20:20 Scarlet/Violet were trash, and it's sad to acknowledge as a fan of the series since Red/Blue back in 1998. And honestly, Legends: Arceus was just passable. I'd give it a 6/10 when compared to the perfection that is HeartGold/SoulSilver. The performance issues aren't nearly as bad as SV, but they're there for sure; just look at the draw distance on flying/surfing Pokemon, for instance. And the story and world are somewhat barren. I think Nintendo just needs to take the helm from Game Freak for development going forward. If we can get a mainline Pokemon game with the same amount of polish as Super Mario Odyssey, and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, that would be absolutely incredible.
Comparing Pokemon to Odyssey and TotK is beyond delusional.
Legends: Arceus is the best Pokemon

Elden ring shits on the new Zelda for open world capability. An empty world, and half assed sky and hell don’t mean anything. Witcher 3 and Rdr2 are also far superior.

I don't understand why Xenoblade is always in the top Switch games. This is a self-playing "product" that is closer to an interactive movie than a real game... Ok, looks good and has okay characters. But gameplay-wise it's one big mess.

Wait… You mean Zelda as a whole? by both games I assume you mean breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom in which case I have to ask if those are the only ones you’ve played? Cause if so I got say I’m sorry you bought into all the overhype you were hearing. They’re honestly terrible indicators as to what the rest of the series is like. Link’s awakening would have a better choice to see what most of the series is like. Personally they barely even make my top ten Zelda games list. I’d suggest getting the online subscription with expansion pack and try some of the old ones online. I’d suggest either Link to the past or Ocarina of Time. If one’s those does it for you try following up with Link’s awakening for Lttp and Majora’s mask for Oot.
Still don’t like it you got other stuff to play.
