University of Michigan President Santa Ono introduces cello rendition of "Hail to the Victors"

At the end of his ceremonial inauguration, cellist and University of Michigan President Santa Ono took the opportunity to thank University of Cincinnatti College-Conservatory of Music faculty cellist Alan Rafferty. Ono then blew a whistle to lead University of Michigan cellists in an all-strings rendition of “Hail to the Victors”
