hello, what if I don’t need to install anything, but just need to exit, where the boot menu is written and two options are hp documents and freedos, I restart, nothing helps.

I think no, you need for example go to some library where is the Internet and some PC, take your USB drive and from library PC create Windows bootable usb.

it's neither booting the os from the cd rom or usb ?
it's not even showing any of them
I have checked BIOS and USB port is enabled

an interesting situation - either the your Windows firmware is not good on USB flash or the laptop has problems working via USB

@@MrGoodChannel1 I have fixed it .I recreated the bootable disk using rufus. I think i mistakenly selected non-bootable before. I also changed to another usb port on the pc
