I actually just got this breed because because it was the easiest to get and I wanted to use them as learning material before I start the real poultry farm itself. I did a lot of research and also gathered data from my farm and used it to make the chart.
Point of lay seems cheap but it is riskier. Because look at it in this perspective, the birds are already grown and you have no idea if they were given all injections and a well balanced diet. Anything can go wrong and you can loose them all.

114-120 grams per day for laying birds sounds more accurate.

kg is the unit for weight. So you have to weigh the feed using a scale to get the correct measurements.
